المستخلص: أصبحت ظاهرة العنف في المجتمع الفلسطيني تؤرق التربويين أكثر من غيرهم نتيجة إدراكهم لخطورة هذه الظاهرة وانتشارها في مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية، فسيطرة الصراع السياسي الفلسطيني الإسرائيلي أدى إلى تكريس مفاهيم العنف وممارساته، فضلاً عن انتشار الصراعات السياسية داخل الطيف الفلسطيني الواحد مما ساعد على سيادة مثل هذه الثقافة العدوانية في المجتمع الفلسطيني. وبما أن المدرسة تعمل على بناء شخصية الطالب من خلال ما تقدمه من مواد تعليمية وبرامج وأنشطة، فهي أيضاً تعمل على تعديل السلوك السلبي إلى إيجابي حتى يكون الطالب عنصراً فاعلاً في مجتمعه لاحقاً. لذلك هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة سلوك العنف المدرسي لدى الأطفال الفلسطينيين وكذلك التعرف على أشكال هذا العنف والأسباب المؤدية إليه، ومن ثم تطرقت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور كل من الأسرة والمدرسة ووزارة التربية والتعليم العالي في الحد من انتشار ظاهرة العنف المدرسي؛ باعتبارها مسئولية مشتركة بين أفراد ومؤسسات المجتمع المحلي، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق هذه الأهداف، ومن خلال ما تم عرضه توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات كان أهمها: ضرورة التأكيد على أهمية التعاون وإقامة العلاقات التكاملية بين كل من دور الأسرة والمدرسة ووزارة التربية والتعليم العالي في الحد من ظاهرة العنف المدرسي، والعمل على تدعيم القيم الدينية والأخلاقية للطلبة، ومتابعة مدى انعكاس ذلك على سلوكهم، ونشر ثقافة اللاعنف في البيئة الاجتماعية التي يعيش فيها الطالب، إضافة إلى متابعة الطلاب والتعرف على مشكلاتهم المختلفة ومساعدتهم على حلها بطرق صحيحة؛ حتى يكون ذلك سداً منيعاً يحول دون استخدامهم للعنف لحل هذه المشكلات، والعمل على مساعدة الطلبة على تفريغ طاقاتهم من خلال توفير الأنشطة اللامنهجية، والابتعاد كلياً عن سياسة العقاب بالنسبة إلى الطلاب، وبناء على العديد من التحليلات الواردة في الدراسة، تم بناء تصور مقترح من منظور خدمة الجماعة لعلاج ظاهرة العنف المدرسي.

The phenomenon of violence in the Palestinian society has become more haunting educators than others as a result of their awareness of the seriousness of this phenomenon and its spread in social upbringing institutions, the dominance of the Palestinian-Israeli political conflict has led to the perpetuation of concepts and practices of violence, as well as the spread of political conflicts within the Palestinian spectrum, which helped to prevail such an aggressive culture in the Palestinian society. Since the school works on building the student’s personality through the educational materials, programs, and activities it provides, it also works on changing negative behavior into positive so that the student becomes an active element in his community later on. Therefore, this study aimed to identify the nature of the behavior of school violence among Palestinian children, as well as the forms of this violence and the causes that lead to it. Then, the study discusses the role of the family, school, and the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in limiting the spread of the phenomenon of school violence. As a shared responsibility between individuals and institutions of the local community. The study relied on a descriptive approach to achieve these goals. Through what was presented, the study reached some recommendations, the most important of which were: The need to emphasize the importance of cooperation and the establishment of complementary relations between the role of the family, school, and the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in reducing the phenomenon of school violence, and working on Consolidating the religious and moral values of students, monitoring the extent of this reflection on their behavior, and spreading the culture of non-violence in the social environment in which the student lives, in addition to following up students, getting to know their various problems and helping them solve them in correct ways. In order for this to be an impenetrable wall that prevents them from using violence to solve these problems, and work to help students in draining their energies by providing extracurricular activities, and completely moving away from the punishment policy for students. Based on many analyzes included in the study, a proposed conception was made from the perspective of community service to treat the phenomenon of school violence.
