المستخلص:	The parliamentary investigation has been consider one of the most important instrument that a parliament have it to control the action of executive authority in the state because it's characterized from its like legal control instrument with many characterization and distinguishment that make that investigaion committee acquire wide capability and required flexibility to perform its work at a perfect aspects . The study plan We divided the theesis into two chapters , the first chapter definition of the parliamentary investigation ,while the second chapter is mention the procedure of investigation we concentration with Iraqi regime to show the gabs and disorganization in this regime and concluded our study with conclusion include the suggestions and recommendation in Iraqi law . \
