المستخلص: Economic enterprises, with the differing nature of their activities, strive to accomplish the economic performance targeting the maximization of their profits. However, in the course of their economic activity, a host of negative effects occur upon the environment, in terms of pollution and the depletion of natural resources, and upon the society through the irrational exploitation of the labor; especially by the major corporations, through neglecting these negative effects upon the workers, in relation to security, health and forging etc. This is what has given rise to discussion related to social performance and the attitude of various people of interests (stakeholders), in addition to economic performance.

تسعى المؤسسات الاقتصادية على اختلاف طبيعة نشاطها إلى تحقيق الأداء الاقتصادي الذي يهدف إلى تعظيم أرباحها، إلا أنها تحدث خلال نشاط مجموعة من الآثار السلبية علي البيئة (التلوث، استنزاف الموارد الطبيعية)، وعلى المجتمع بالاستغلال غير العقلاني لليد العاملة خاصة من قبل المؤسسات الكبرى بإهمال آثارها السلبية على العمال (الأمن، الصحة، التكوين......إلخ)، وهو ما أدى إلى الحديث عن الأداء الاجتماعي اتجاه مختلف أصحاب المصالح علاوة عن الأداء الاقتصادي.

s’orientent à ,Les entreprises économiques de différentes natures d’activité cette, réaliser la performance économique afin d’optimiser ses profits. Néanmoins le gaspillage (activité provoque des impacts négatifs sur l’environnement (pollution et sur la société par l’exploitation irrationnelle de la ides ressources naturelles...etc.) main d’œuvre particulièrement de la part des grandes entreprises qui négligent ces ce qui ila formation....etc.) Ja santéiimpacts négatifs sur les travailleurs (la sécurité aboutie à la discussion sur la performance sociale envers les différents parties prenantes ailleurs la performance économique.
