المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوي الروح المعنوية عند معلمي المرحلة الثانوية للمواد العلمية في محافظة الخليل، وبالتحديد حاولت الدراسة الإجابة عن لأسئلة لآتية:
1. ما مستوي الروح المعنية لدى معلمي المواد العلمية للمرحلة الثانوية في محافظة الخليل من وجهة نظرهم؟
2. هل تختلف تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لمستوى الروح المعنية لدى معلمي المواد العلمية للمرحلة الثانية في محافظة الخليل باختلاف المتغيرات: المديرية، الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، التخصص، وسنوات الخبرة؟
استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي، وطورا أداة لجمع البيانات تم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها بالطرق الإحصائية التربوية المناسبة، حيث بلغت قيمة معامل الثبات كرونباخ ألفا (0.91) وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي المواد العلمية للمرحلة الثانية في المدارس التابعة لمديريات التربية والتعليم في محافظة الخليل: شمال الخليل، الخليل، جنوب الخليل، وعددهم حوالي 500 معلم ومعلمة، طبقت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 159 معلما ومعلمة.
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوي الروح المعنوية لدى معلمي المواد العلمية للمرحلة الثانوية في محافظة الخليل من وجهة نظرهم جاء بدرجة عالية (للدرجة الكلية) وبمتوسط حسابي مقداره (3.84) وفق مقياس ليكرت الخماسي، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05 = α) بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة لمستوى الروح المعنية عندهم.
أشارت النتائج أيضا إلى أن مستوى الروح المعنوية للمعلمين في مجال المعلم والزملاء وجال المعلم والطالب ومجال المعلم ومدير المدرسة والمعلم ومهنة التدريس كان بدرجة عالية، أما في مجال المعلم والمشرف التربوي ومجال المعلم والعمل المدرسي فكان بدرجة متوسطة.
أوصت الدراسة بالعمل على تخفيف الأعباء الملقاة على عاتق المعلم والتي تؤثر سلبا على مستوى الروح المعنية لديه وإعادة النظر في العلاقة ببن المعلم والمشرف التربوي وإعادة التركيز على البعد الإنساني في هذه العلاقة وإجراء تدريب للمديرين والمشرفين على كيفية العمل على رفع الروح المعنية للمعلمين. واقترحت أيضا إجراء دراسات مشابهة حول مستوى الروح المعنية للمعلمين من تخصصات ومراحل أخرى ودراسات مشابهة حول مستوى الروح المعنوية لدى المعلمين من وجهات نظر أخرى مثل المديرين أو المشرفين التربويين.


This study aimed to identify the level of morale among high school teachers in the governorate of Hebron. Specifically, the study tried to answer the following questions:
1. What is the level of morale among secondary school teachers in Hebron from their point of view?
2. Do the estimations of the sample members of the study for the level of the morale in question among the teachers of the scientific subjects for the second stage in Hebron governorate vary according to the variables: Directorate, Gender, Academic Qualifications, Speciality, and Years of Experience?
The two researchers used the descriptive method and developed a data collection tool that was validated by appropriate statistical and pedagogical methods. The value of the Cronbach coefficient was 0.91. The study community consists of all the teaching staff of the secondary stage in schools belonging to the directorates of education in Hebron governorate: North Hebron, Hebron and South Hebron. The study was applied to a sample of 159 male and female teachers..
The results of the study showed that the level of morale among the secondary school teachers in Hebron from their point of view was high (for the total degree) and an arithmetic average of (3.84) according to the Leikert pentagonal scale. (0.05 = α) between the averages of respondents' estimates of their respective morale level.
The results also indicated that the level of morale of teachers in the domain of the teacher and the colleague, the domain of the teacher and the student, the domain of the teacher and the principal, the domain of the teacher and the teaching profession was high, while in the domains of the teacher and the educational supervisor, the domain of the teacher and the school work, it was moderate.
The study recommended working to alleviate the burdens placed on the teacher, which negatively affects the level of the morale concerned, reconsidering the relationship with the teacher and the educational supervisor, refocusing on the human dimension in this relationship, and conducting training for managers and supervisors on how to work to raise the morale for teachers. It also suggested that similar studies be conducted on the level of morale of teachers from other disciplines and stages of schooling and similar studies on the level of morale of teachers from other perspectives such as educational directors or supervisors.
