المستخلص: Growth is surprising and eye-catching of the Internet, has led the collection of a large and important business of the parties to engage in E -commerce market. The owners of the business (and when to spread awareness of the need to go to market E -commerce) started to go to invest in these markets to increase its effectiveness in the commercial market and thus increase earnings. Recently become increasingly oriented business owners to invest a significant market of E-commerce in order to find space for them in the online marketplace can take advantage of the features of this market. The objective of this research is to examine the reality of E-commerce in Jordan through the identification of constraints and challenges faced by the benefits of E-commerce service in Jordan, that country, which was one of the emerging economic.
