المستخلص: استهدف البحث التعرف على اختلاف معلمي الطلاب الصم وضعاف السمع في إدراكهم لمدى توافر وأهمية الكفايات المهنية باختلاف كل من: عدد سنوات الخبرة، والمؤهل الدراسي، والنوع. وتكونت عينة البحث الأساسية من (70) فردا من معلمي الصم وضعاف السمع بمنطقة القصيم، تراوحت أعدادهم وفقا لمتغير الخبرة بين (أقل من 5 سنة خبرة) تكرار (17) ما يمثل نسبة (24.3%) وبين (من 5 سنوات إلى 10 سنوات خبرة) تكرار (21) ما يمثل نسبة (30%) وبين (من 10 سنوات إلى 15 سنة خبرة) تكرار (17) ما يمثل نسبة (24.0%) وبين (15 سنة خبرة فأكثر) تكرار (15) ما يمثل نسبة (21.4%) وكان توزيعهم وفقا لمتغير التخصص بين (32 تخصص تربية خاصة بنسبة 45.7 و38 غير ذلك بنسبة 54.3) وكان توزيعهم وفقا لمتغير النوع بين (40 بنسبة 57.1- إناث 30 بنسبة 42.9)، وتم تطبيق قائمة الكفايات المهنية لمعلمي الطلاب الصم وضعاف السمع (إعداد: الباحث)، وتوصلت النتائج إلى ما يلي: أنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في تقييم معلمي الصم وضعاف السمع لأهمية الكفايات المعرفية والكفايات التدريسية تعزي لاختلاف الخبرة. بينما توجد فروق في أهمية الكفايات الاجتماعية والشخصية وأهمية الكفايات المهنية تعزي لاختلاف الخبرة. لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في تقييم أهمية الكفايات المعرفية والكفايات التدريسية والأدائية لمعلمي الصم وضعاف السمع تعزي لاختلاف المؤهل. بينما توجد فروق في تقييم أهمية الكفايات الاجتماعية والشخصية والكفايات المهنية تعزي لاختلاف المؤهل، والفروق لصالح تخصص التربية الخاصة.
