|b This research paper focuses on the system of medical professionals in Islam era, it refers that medical profession is dangerous and crucial at the same time for human being. Since, that time Islam has recognized the qualities that should be available on the doctors that must be good manners, wise and main - stay of personal good and strong . Therefore, there are a certain criteria and characteristics for medical doctors to be under consideration. Moreover, Islamic Arab writers such as Al Razey comments and support s that medical doctors and students, of medicine must professionally trained and attach to hospitals or medical care centers for further training and application .So Islam recognized efficiency and professionalism in medicine .Furthermore, medical doctors should be examined thoroughly i.e. that no one can join or practice medicine only after legal screening thats now- a days is called Medical Examination Board. On the other hand, Islam shed light on many items such as the authority or system that controlled doctors duties and their work that he had to be honest and wise. Another group was called Al ekhalon, who were used to give medical treatment for eyes, another group who heeled broken bones , so in that way Islam also recognized surgery and surgeons that they had to study and know parts of body and psychology .In terms of pharmacology was also known in Islam era that used to be under controlled of medical profession to avoid intruders or ignorant s to join it. In addition to , payments and salaries it was used to be fair according to its post.
