المستخلص: Praise be to Allah, the praise of grateful and bless be upon his messenger. The research aims to introduce a re-originated message and the objectives of University of the Quran and Re-origination of Sciences. The research is applied study at Wad Medani provincial province. The research methods are descriptive and analytical. A questionnaire is used as a tool for the research. The research also used the historical method to state: the foundation of the university and its objectives, the concept of the original learning syllabus in the past and present time and the syllabus of university of the Holy Quran and Re-Origination of Sciences. A questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 45 students. The research findings indicate that the original learning achieves the objectives of University of Holy Quran and Origination of Sciences by 96%.
