المستخلص: تتناول هذه الدراسة مسألة اختلاف القراءاتِ القرآنية المتواترة في وضع حرف معنى موضع حرف معنى آخر، في محاولة للكشف عن أثر هذا الاختلاف في تنوع المعاني التفسيرية وثرائها من جهة، والكشف عن إسهام حروف المعاني في تعدّد الدّلالات في الآيات القرآنية من جهة أخرى. وتحقيقًا لهذه الغاية قامت الدراسة بتتبع هذا النوع من الاختلاف في حروف المعاني في كتب القراءات المعتمدة، فأحصت ستة عشر مثالاً، وقامت بدراستها دراسة تحّقق الغاية المنشودة منها. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج، منها: أنّ حقيقة الاختلاف بين القراءات القرآنية إنّما هو اختلاف تنوّع، اختلاف تضاد. كما كشفت عن عمق الصلة بين القراءات القرآنية وعلم التفسير. إلى غير ذلك من نتائج.

This study discusses the issue of the different ways of the Qur'anic recitation such as the difference of putting a letter of a meaning at the place of a letter of other meaning in an attempt to reveal the effect of this difference on the diversity and richness of interpretative meanings on the one hand, and to reveal the contribution of meanings to the multiplicity of semantics in Quranic verses on the other hand. To achieve this goal, the study investigated this type of difference in the letters of the meanings in the adopted books of readings. It mentioned sixteen examples by studying them deeply to achieve the desired goal. The study reached the results which showed that the difference between the ways of the Qur'an recitation is either a difference of diversity or a difference of contradiction. It also revealed the depth of link between the ways of Qur'an recitation and the knowledge of the interpretation of Qur'an.
