This article examined the effect of authentizotic organization on job burnout and organizational commitment, and the mediation effect of job burnout on the relationship between authentizotic organization and organizational commitment. Participants were 150 employees working in The Social Fund for Development (SFD) in Egypt. Results indicated that the direct impact of authentizotic organization dimensions on job burnout is modest to some extent. Nevertheless, there was a powerful direct impact of authentizotic organization dimensions on organizational commitment. Finally, job burnout mediates the relationship between authentizotic organization and organizational commitment. Theoretical and practical implications of the results are discussed
