هذا ملخص لبحث في الدراسات الإسلامية, بعنوان: قاعدة "التصرف على الرعية منوط بالمصلحة"- دراسة تأصيلية تطبيقية على نوازل العبادات", وهي تشتمل على: مقدمة, وتمهيد, ومبحثين, وخاتمة, اشتملت المقدمة: على مدى أهمية الموضوع, وأسباب اختياره, والدراسات السابقة, وخطة البحث, والمنهج المتبع فيه, وتضمن التمهيد: دراسة تأصيلية للقاعدة, وفيه أربعة مطالب: الأول: في التعريف بمفردات القاعدة, والثاني: في توثيقها, وبيان ألفاظها عند الفقهاء, والثالث: في أهميتها وأدلتها, والرابع في ضوابط العمل بها, وتضمن المبحث الأول: صورا من تطبيقات القاعدة في نوازل الطهارة والصلاة والجنائز, وفيه ثلاثة مطالب, واشتمل المبحث الثاني على صور من تطبيقات القاعدة في نوازل الزكاة والصيام والحج؛ وفيه ثلاثة مطالب, وتضمنت الخاتمة: أهم نتائج البحث, وتوصياته.
