|a In this research, I verify the book of "sharh al-jami al-saghir" for Imam Hassam Aldin Ali ibn Ahmad ibn makki al Razi (dead 598 H). - The purpose is to show it on its closest set seen by the author and in order to benefit other students and Muslims in knowing Halal and Haram judgments (Ahkam in their daily dealings. - The research consists of an introduction, body (two parts), and a conclusion. The introduction: I list the reasons of choosing the book, its importance, its limits obstacles that face a researcher and planning this research. - The first chapter of body contains three chapters: I explain briefly about the owner of (Matn) Imam Muhammad ibn al-Hasan Al-shaybani. Second chapter: I shed the light on explainer’s era Imam Hassam al-Din Ali pin Ahmad ibn Makki. And his biography. Third Chapter: I studied Al-Jami Al Saghir and its explanation. It is the most reliable book for Hanafi followers if it is not the most important one. The second part includes the verified text which is explanation of "Al-Jami-al-Saghir" from its beginning till end. In the conclusion: I list the research’s most important results and mention some suggestions and recommendations then I tailed the book with variant indexes. I ask Almighty God to benefit, by this book, its author, its explainer, its reviewer, and all readers. Praise to Allah, lord of creation.
