المستخلص: Sharia lifted of the values and principles of human rights at the legislative and legal level even made it a necessity and duties which are needed to upright the lives of individuals and nations, but on the practical level, we find that the Abbasid Caliphate in the first of Abbasid period (132 AH - 232 AH = 750 AD – 847 AD). Sharia established the right to social security, the right to own property and the right to work, in addition to the right to freedom of opinion and expression found a large area in public life with some of the negative scenes, especially in what is known as the plight of the creation of the Koran the breadth of opinion and expression space resulted the interest and great attention from the Caliphate in the promotion of the right to science and sponsorship and work on publication it to all categories and segments, as for the right to justice and equality, we find that it exists to a large extent, caliphs considered that the Justice is the King basis contributed in the presence of justice and equality, the most important reasons for the continuation of Justice in addition to the development of the judicial system and the clarity of the management structure, although the beautiful scenery right in justice, but it contained some of the negative images did not leave it pure.
