يتناول هذا البحث نظرية ولاية الفقيه عند الشيعة الرافضة الإثني عشرية، معرفًا بها، وبالمراحل التي مرت بها، حتى صارت هذه الفكرة عقيدة ومنهجًا منحرفًا، داخل الفرقة فضلًا عن الانحراف الكبير الذي انبثقت منه هذه العقيدة. ونظرية ولاية الفقيه بدعة في المعتقد الرافضي لم تكن جزءًا منه، بل مرت مراحل، حتى وصلت إلى الواقع العملي الذي يجعل للرافضة كيانًا ووجودًا بعد أن كاد وجودهم السياسي أو التأثيري في الحكم يتلاشى، أو ينتهي بسبب عدم قيام الدولة، انتظارًا للغائب. وقد عارض نظرية ولاية الفقيه جمع كبير من علماء الرافضة، بناءً على أن الفقيه لا يدخل في أمور السياسة، كما هو معتقد الرافضة، وأن هذه ليست بمهمته، وأنها خروج عن أصول ومعتقد الرافضة، لذا حكموا ببدعيتها وحاربوها، لكن صوتهم لم ينفذ في الوقت الحاضر. وقد جاء البحث للتعريف بمصطلح ولاية الفقيه، وبيان المراحل التي مرت بها عقيدة ولاية الفقيه وتطورها التاريخي، وعرض موجز لحجج القوم وتبريراتهم للعمل بهذه العقيدة وتطبيقها، ونقد عقيدة ولاية الفقيه ونقضها.
The current research discusses the Faqih custodianship of the 12th Shea Rafeda introducing it and its stages until this idea became as a doctrine and deviated methodology among this group member, as well as the vast deviation from which this doctrine established. The faqih custodianship is a heresy in the rafeda doctrine, but it was not a part of which, this idea took many stages till it was officially used by Al-Rafeda, the matter gave them an entity and existence, after they witnessed week political and judgment role as a result of the delay of the state formation as they were waiting for the absent. The faqih custodianship theory found objection from Alrafeda scientists as the faqih does not interfere in the political issues, as they think that it is not his mission, as this represents an objection for Alrafeda doctrine and origins, therefore they considered it as a heresy, they fought it, but currently they do not able to reveal their suggestions and opinions. This research is for introducing the faqih custodianship term, describing the stages taken by the faqih custodianship doctrine and its historical development, in addition to a brief containing protests and justifications to apply such doctrine and criticize and refute the views in terms of faqih custodianship. \
