|a هدف هذا البحث إلي التعرف علي فلسفة ومقومات التعليم للريادة بوصفه يمثل اتجاها عالميا الأن للقضاء علي بطالة الشباب. والوقوف علي التحديات التي تقف حجر عثرة في طريق التعليم الفني بصيغته التقليدية مما أفقده الدور المنوط به تحقيقه ومن ثم الوصول إلي رؤية جديدة عن فلسفة وأهداف التعليم الفني المزدوج ودوره في إكساب الشباب الخصائص الريادية اللازمة لسوق العمل ومن ثم القضاء علي البطالة وذلك لما يتمتع به هذا التعليم المزدوج من مميزات تجعله قادرا علي تخريج جيل من الشباب يتمثل ثقافة الريادة قولا وفعلا. وقد توصل البحث إلي نجاح التعليم المزدوج (مبارك كول سابقا) في إكساب الشباب مقومات ثقافة الريادة مما انعكس عليهم إيجابيا في فرص التوظيف ومستوي الدخل ومن ثم مستوي المعيشة. الأمر الذي يؤكد ضرورة الاهتمام بهذا النوع من التعليم، وهذا ما تسعي إليه وزارة التعليم الفني الأن.
|b The goal of this research is to identify the philosophy and the foundations of entrepreneurship education as a global trend now is to eliminate youth unemployment. And stand on the challenges that stand in the way of traditional technical education as which cost him entrusted with the role achieved. It is then access to a new vision of the philosophy and goals of technical education and dual role to instill in young people the necessary labor market leadership characteristics and then the elimination of unemployment, and that he has This dual education of features make it able to produce a generation of young people is a culture of leadership in word and deed. The research has come to the success of dual education (formerly Mubarak-Kohl) to instill in the youth culture of the elements of leadership, which was reflected in their positive employment opportunities and income level and then the standard of living. Which stresses the need for attention to this type of education, and that it seeks to establish the Ministry of Technical Education now.
