قام الباحث بإعداد هذا البحث وأسئلته تتمثل في: 1. ما مستوى الصحة المنظمية للمدرسة الابتدائية من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمديرين؟ 2. هل تختلف تصورات المعلمين والمديرين للصحة المنظمية بالمدارس الابتدائية تبعا لاختلاف متغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي والخبرة وسنوات العمل بالمدرسة وموقع ونوع المدرسة؟ 3. ما أليات تفعيل الصحة المنظمية في المدارس الابتدائية المصرية؟ وتبنت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي معتمدة على استبانة الصحة المنظمية ذات الأبعاد الخمسة (التماسك المؤسسي، القيادة المتكاملة، وتوفير المورد المساندة، وانتساب المعلمين، التأكيد على النواحي الأكاديمية)، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة قدرها(1443) مديرا ومعلما. وأهم النتائج والمقترحات: توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الصحة المنظمية بالمدرسة الابتدائية كان منخفضا بنسبة مئوية (54.6 %) في استجابات المديرين والمعلمين بمدارسهم، كما تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات المعلمين والمديرين تعزي لمتغيرات المؤهل الدراسي، الوظيفة، الخبرة، ونوع المدرسة، في حين لم تكن هناك فروق تعزى إلى متغيرات الجنس، سنوات العمل، وموقع المدرسة، وفى ضوء هذه النتائج اقترحت الدراسة أليات لتحسين الصحة المنظمية بالمدرسة الابتدائية تتم على مرحلتين، الأولى صياغة وثيقة عمل أخلاقية، والثانية توضح أليات تنفيذ الوثيقة بالمدرسة الابتدائية.
This research aims at answering the following questions: 1- What level of organizational health in the primary schools from the perspective of principals and teachers?2- Are there any statistically significant differences among the responses of school teachers and principals of organizational health in the primary schools based on sex, qualifications, experience, the type and location of schools?3-What are the strategies that activate the organizational health at schools? This research consists of three main parts: Introduction, and literature review,Theoretical background, and A field study and suggested conceptualization. The study adopted the descriptive methodology based on identification of five organizational health dimensions (institutional integrity, integrated leadership, resources influence, teacher affiliations, academic emphasis). Questionnaire was applied to a sample of ( 1443) principals and teachers. The study revealed that the level of organizational health in Primary schools in Egypt was lower rate (54,6%) in the perceptions of the principals and teachers their schools. As shown There are significant differences between the perceptions of principals and teachers due to the variables of qualifications, job, experience and the location of the school. In the light of these findings, the study suggests some techniques and strategies to improve and promote organizational health at primary schools. These suggestions are carried out in two stages: to design an ethical framework document, 2. to clarify the strategies and mechanisms to carry out these document.
