|e هدف البحث الى الكشف عن بناء برنامج تدريبي في التأهيل المهني لرخصة معلم علوم في المرحلة الإعدادية في ضوء متطلبات الجودة ومعايير الإداء. واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من خبراء التربية وأساتذة الجامعات وخبراء وزارة التربية والتعليم وموجهي العلوم ومديرى المدارس ومعلمي العلوم بمحافظة القاهرة. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في استبانة لأراء الخبراء والمعلمين في البرنامج التدريبي في التأهيل المهني. وجاءت نتائج البحث مؤكدة على إمكانية تطبيق البرنامج وقدرته على إثراء العملية التربوية وتأهيل المعلمين.\n وأوصى البحث بضرورة الاهتمام ببرامج التأهيل المهني لإعداد المعلم للحصول على رخصة مزاولة مهنية التدريس وربط الحصول على رخصة معلم بمستوي المعلم المتقدم مهنيا وفقا لمتطلبات الجودة ومعايير الأداء. والاهتمام بتصميم وتطبيق برامج تنمية مهنية وتأهيل متكاملة لمعلمي العلوم.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
|f The research aims to reveal the preparation of a training program in the vocational rehabilitation of the science teacher's license in the preparatory stage in light of the quality requirements and performance standards. The analytical descriptive approach was used. The research group consisted of education experts, university professors, experts of the Ministry of Education, Science supervisors, school principals, science teachers in Cairo. The research tools were represented in a questionnaire to identify the views of experts and teachers in the vocational training program. The results of the research confirmed the possibility of implementing the program and its ability to enrich the educational process and the rehabilitation of teachers.\n The research recommended the need for attention to vocational training programs for teacher preparation for obtaining license of practicing teaching profession and linking between obtaining a teacher's license and the level of the advanced teacher professionally in accordance with the quality requirements and performance standards. It also recommended the need for paying attention to the design and implementation of professional development programs and integrated rehabilitation of science teachers..This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
