This study examines the necessity to improve prospective studies concerning the future rights of environment especially in the Arab world. This reflection can stimulate a strategic thinking by offering the correct ways and trends to improve our current situation. Indeed, our conscience is that if today generation maks the wrong choices that cause devastating threats for future generations, However taking account this linkage between generations can enhance the opportunities to sustain the human existance. The importance of a generation approach is an essentiel element of evolution in the Arab world. The latter should believe in iter-generational communication to be among the protective means to environmental resources and the transitional flexibility of this resources. Based on the human rights, the Arab world prospective can enhance the future generation diplomacy, and increases the environmental governance among protection of the basic necessities and sustainable development. In writing these reflections, we suggest creating institutions that aim to protect future generation as an ombudsman or a Council for the rights of future generation to have a healthy environment, more than that we must create financial means to promote future generations diplomacy. |
