هدف البحث للتعرف على فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مقترح قائم على المحاكاة الكمبيوترية في تنمية بعض مهارات استخدام مخارط الـــCNC لدى معلمي التعليم الثانوي الصناعي، وقد اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي وذلك لدراسة الأدبيات والبحوث السابقة وإعداد أدوات البحث، والمنهج شبه التجريبي القائم على تصميم قبلي / بعدي لمجموعة تجريبية واحدة لإجراء تجربة البحث وذلك لدراسة أثر المتغير المستقل على المتغير التابع. وقد قام الباحث بإعداد قائمة بمهارات استخدام مخارط الــــ CNC الواجب تنميتها لدى معلمي التعليم الثانوي الصناعي واشتملت علي (4) مهارات رئيسية أندرج تحتها (42) مهارة فرعية، واختبار تحصيلي مكون من (48) سؤال لقياس الجانب المعرفي المرتبط بالمهارات، وبطاقة ملاحظة لقياس الجانب الأدائي لمهارات استخدام مخارط الـــ CNC لدى المعلمين عينة البحث، بالإضافة إلى البرنامج التدريبي المقترح القائم على المحاكاة الكمبيوترية، وقد تم التأكد من صدق وثبات هذه الأدوات وصلاحيتها للتطبيق وتم تطبيقها على عينة من معلمي التعليم الثانوي الصناعي تخصص تشغيل المعادن بمدرسة أشمون الثانوية الصناعية بنين نظام الثلاث سنوات بمحافظة المنوفية بلغ عددها (15) معلماً كمجموعة تجريبية. وقد أشارت نتائج البحث إلى فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي المقترح القائم على المحاكاة الكمبيوترية في تنمية كل من الجانب المعرفي والجانب الأدائي المرتبط بمهارات استخدام مخارط الــ CNC لدى معلمي التعليم الثانوي الصناعي (عينة البحث)، حيث جاءت الفروق بين متوسطات درجات المعلمين في التطبيق القبلي والتطبيق البعدي للاختبار التحصيلي وبطاقة الملاحظة ككل وكل مهارة على حده عند مستوى (≤0.05) لصالح درجات التطبيق البعدي، كما أسفرت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (≤0.05) بين درجات المعلمين عينة البحث في التطبيق البعدي للاختبار التحصيلي وبطاقة الملاحظة.
The research aims to identify the effectiveness of a proposed training program based on computer simulation on developing some using skills of CNC lathes among Industrial Secondary Education teachers. The researcher has followed the descriptive method to study literature and previous researches and preparing research tools and quasi-experimental method based on the pre-post design for one group to conduct the research experiment so as to study the impact of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The researcher has prepared a list of using skills of the CNC lathes that must be developed among Industrial Secondary Education teachers included four key skills that divided into (42) sub-skill, achievement test consisting of (48) questions to measure the cognitive aspect related to skills, and observation card to measure the performative side of the skills of using the CNC lathes among the research sample of teachers, in addition to the proposed training program based on the computer simulation . It has been confirmed the validity and reliability of these tools and its suitability for the application. The program has been applied to a sample of Industrial Secondary Education teachers , metal working specialization, at Ashmun Industrial Secondary School for boys with three years system in Menofia. The sample were consisted of (15) teachers as an experimental group. The research results have pointed to the effectiveness of the proposed training program based on computer simulation on developing both the cognitive side and the performative side related to using the CNC lathes skills among Industrial Secondary Education teachers (the research sample) .The differences between the mean scores of teachers in the pre application and post application for the achievement test and observation card as a whole and each skill separately were at (≤0,05) in favor of the post application scores. The results have resulted in the presence of a positive correlation relationship statistically significant at the level of (≤0,05) between the scores of research sample teachers in the post application of the achievement test scores and observation card.
