تناولت هذه الدراسة البحث في اتجاهات عمال قطاع التربية نحو قانون الوظيف العمومي أمر 06-30 الصادر بتاريخ 15 جويلية 2006، حيث تمت معالجة هذا الموضوع من خلال عدة عوامل، تمثلت في البحث في مدى استجابة هذا القانون لتطلعات العمال المهنية، خاصة ما يتعلق بالشق المادي، ونظام الحوافز من خلال مستوى الأجر والمنح والعلاوات التي كفلها القانون، بالإضافة إلى مدى اهتمامه بالعنصر البشري العامل في قطاع التربية وما ضمنه لهم من فرص للترقية والتكوين، وقد اتسمت الاتجاهات نحو هذه العناصر بالسلبية كما تعبر على ذلك المحاور المكونة لاستبيان الدراسة والقيم المتعلقة بها "قيم الاختبار الإحصائي كاف تربيع "من خلال مختلف البنود التي تقيس الفرضيات الأربعة في هذه الدراسة، مما يعني أن الأفراد الممثلين لمجتمع الدراسة والذين يكونون اتجاهات سلبية نحو قانون الوظيف العمومي يعانون من مستوى منخفض من الرضا، هذا ما جعل واقع القطاع العام بصفة عامة وقطاع التربية على وجه الخصوص يتسم بكثرة الاحتجاجات والإضرابات كمؤشر يعبر على النتائج التي توصلت إليها هذه الدراسة.
This study focused on the direction of the educational sector employees towards the public law which was published on the fifth of July in2006 .Indeed this study treated the topic through several factors such as the search for the fulfillment of law to the aspirations of professional employees specially which is linked with the financial and intensive system. Furthermore, this law concentrated on the wages level , grants and bonuses and to which extent they interested about the human element who works in the educational sector and within the opportunities for the promotion and training. They have been characterized by trends towards these elements by a lot of negatives which is shown in the questionnaire study and the different values shown in the table. As far as this table is concerned, it is interested in the statistic test value( x2) from various axes which measure the four hypotheses in this study. which means that individuals representing the sample of study and they formed negative trends toward the law of the public employees. These individuals are frustrated and unsatisfied about this law. In fact , this situation pushes the public sector in general and the educational sector in particular in frequent protests and strikes as an indicator which revealed by the findings of this survey (study).
