|a هـدفت هـذه الدراسـة التعـرف إلـى ثقافـة السـلام ومفاهيمهـا المختلفـة وأنواعهـا المتعددة ومعيقاتها، وتحديد مفهوم الإرهاب وسماته ودوافعه ومخاطره، وأنواعه ووسائل الوقاية، من وجهة نظر التربيـة الإسـلامية والأمـم المتحـدة. واسـتخدم فـي الدراسـة المـنهج الوصـفي فـي تحليـل مفـاهيم السـلام وثقافتـه، والسـلام فـي التربيـة الإسـلامية لـه معـان عديـدة يجمعهـا رابـط إرادة الخيـر، والطاعـة لله، والعـدل، والحـق، والصـلح، والصـفح، والطهـارة، والنقـاء، والمحبـة، والسلام اسم من أسماء الله الحسنى، وأما مفهوم ثقافة السلام عند الأمم المتحدة، فيأخذ دلالات متعددة كصنع السلام، وحفظ السلام، وبناء السلام، ومنع الحرب والعنف والنزاع والصراع، والسلام الفـردي، والأسـري، والاجتماعي، والسياسي الدبلوماسي، والاقتصادي، والبيئي. ومواجهـة معيقـات السـلام السياسـية، والاقتصـادية، والاجتماعيـة، والتعصـب الفكـري، والـديني، والعرقـي، والقومي، والإرهاب بأشكاله المختلفة، علماً أن هناك الكثير من المفاهيم لا يوجد لها تعريـف واضـح ومحـدد، كالإرهـاب مـثلاً، فهـو مفهـوم غيـر محـدد الدلالـة، لأسـباب كثيـرة منهـا، مـا هـو سياسـي أو اقتصـادي أو عقائـدي أو غيـر ذلـك، كمـا تفعل الدول المسيطرة التي تحكم العالم في هذه المرحلة التاريخية. وتوصـي الدراسـة بضـرورة الانفتـاح علـى ثقافـة الآخـرين امتثـالاً لأمـر الله عـز وجـل، فـي ضـرورة التعـارف والتعـاون بـين الشـعوب والأمـم، والتفريـق بـين الإرهـاب والمقاومـة، وتوحيـد جهـود الأمـم المتحـدة فـي فـرض السـلام، والحـد مـن ظـاهرة الإرهـاب بحيـث تتحقـق العدالـة، مـن خـلال ممارسـة ثقافـة عالميـة تقـوم علـى نشـر ثقافـة السـلام، والتسـامح، وتقبل الآخر دون تمييز أو عنصرية.

The study recommends the need to open up to other cultures in compliance with the command of Allah Almighty in the necessity of understanding and cooperation among peoples and nations, and to differentiate between terrorism and resistance, and uniting the efforts of the United Nations to impose peace and the reduction of the phenomenon of terrorism so as to achieve justice through the exercise of a global culture based on spreading the culture of peace, tolerance and acceptance of others without discrimination and racism, the prevention of terrorism, crime and violence.
