|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى رصد الموجهات للتنمية الاقتصادية ليقتدي بها في تحريك المجتمع المسلم ضمن الخطة الإعلامية في معركة التنمية الشاملة، لذلك قام الباحث بإبراز تلك الموجهات من خلال المنهجية الإسلامية، من خلال الاستقراء والتحليل. ونقصد بالموجهات هنا، جملة القيم والمبادئ الإسلامية المستقاة من الأطر العقائدية والأخلاقية والتشريعية، وتعزيزها في نفوس الجمهور من خلال الأداء الفاعل ليكون محفزا ودافعا للحركة التنموية . وقد تمكن الباحث من إبراز قيم ومبادئ عديدة منها مفهوم ملكية المال ووظائفه، وأسس التكافل والمواساة بالمال، ومسؤولية عمارة الأرض ، ومبدا توزيع وتداول الثروة ، ومحاربة الإسراف والالتزام الأخلاقي، وضرورة العمل، ومحاربة ومكافحة الفقر، وتأكيد قيمة الإنتاج، ودعوة العقول والكفاءات المهاجرة إلى العودة، والدعوة إلى إشاعة الحرية والعدالة: لتوفير جو مناسب ومشجع للإبداع والابتكار بالإضافة إلى ضرورة وجود القدرة الإدارية والسياسية. وقد خلص الباحث إلى أن تضمين هذه الموجهات في السياسات والخطط يساعد على تعبئة الجماهير للمساهمة في التنمية الشاملة من خلال تعزيز قيم تنموية أساسية مثل: قيمة العمل والإنتاج والمبادرة والانطلاق والاعتماد على النفس والتكافل والتعاون ومحاربة البطالة.
|b This research paper aims at pointing out guidelines on economic development which are to be taken as a model for mobilizing The Muslim community within the media plan in the struggle for comprehensive development .Therefore, the researcher has pointed out these guidelines through Islamic methodology and through deduction and analysis. The guidelines here mean all the Islamic rules and principles which are drawn from the Islamic creed, morality and legislation. These guidelines are to be strengthened in the souls of the public through the effective performance which is meant to be an incentive to developmental movement. \ The researcher has made clear many values and principles such as money ownership, its function, the bases of joint liability ,comfort, the responsibility of fill the earth with life the . principle of distribution and circulation of wealth, fight against extravagance,moral obligation, necessity of work, fight against poverty, emphasizing the value of production .call the qualified immigrants to return, call for the spread of freedom and justice to find a suitable encouraging environment for creativity and invention. Added to this is the existence of administrative and political model leadership. \ The researcher has concluded that inclusion of these guidelines in policies and plans will help in mobilizing the public to contribute to Comprehensive development through strengthening the basic developmental \ values such as work, production, initiative, advancement. Self- reliance, joint liability, co-operation and fight against unemployment. \
