|a التخطيط العلمي والتخطيط الاقتصادي وجهان لعملة واحدة، فما يثمره التعليم من قوى بشرية يعد المحرك لمؤسسات العمل المختلفة في الدولة، ويترتب على مستوى تلك المخرجات مستوى التنظيم والانجاز والتطوير التنموي. لذلك تهتم الدول دون استثناء بتطوير التعليم وجودة فيها. وعليه فهذه الدراسة تهدف إلى استطلاع أراء الطالبات من مخرجات قسم المكتبات والمعلومات في جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبدالرحمن للتعرف على وجهات نظرهم في البرنامج الذي درسوه، ونظرتهم لتطوير التخصص وذلك بوصفه مدخل لتطوير تخصص المكتبات والمعلومات بالجامعة. ولقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لتحقيق أهدافها وذلك من خلال تصميم استمارة تحتوى على المقررات الدراسية التخصصية لتخصص المكتبات والمعلومات بجامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبدالرحمن. وتوصلت الدراسة بشكل عام إلى أهمية مراجعة البرامج لتعليمي حسب ما ابداه الطلاب من ملحوظات عليه وفق متطلبات سوق العمل وذلك لتحقيق تفاعلهم من البرنامج ورضاهم عنه.

|b Scientific and economic planning are two faces for the same coin. Human resources resulting from education are considered the main drive for different governmental organizations. The levels order, achievement and development are governed by these outputs. Thus, all countries pay due attention to developing education and its quality.This study, therefore, aims at getting to know the opinions of library and information graduates at Princess Nora Bent Abdul Rahman University. It tends to explore their view points about the curricula they have studied and their areas of improvement. This can enhance improving the major of library and information science at the university. The study employed descriptive and analytical methodologies. The study is conducted through a survey including academic curricula in the field of library and information science at Princess Nora Bent Abdul Rahman University. The study generally found the necessity to reconsider the educational program based on the students’ remarks and according to the requirements of labor market in order to achieve the desired interaction and students’ satisfaction.
