لا يخفى على كل شاغل بالدرس اللساني وحتى الحقول الأخرى ما يعانيه الوطن العربي بصف خاصة من فوضى الاصطلاحات حيناَ، وضبابية مفهومها حينا آخر بالرغم ممَا يُبذل ويُكتب ويُنشر في سبيل التخفيف من حدّة هذا الإشكال، علما أنَ المعرفة الإنسانية تجابه وتحتضن يوميا كمّا هائلا من الاصطلاحات أو المصطلحات الجديدة في شتّى الميادين والعلوم.ومادمنا نحن العربَ نمارس أغلب العلوم-ومنها اللسانيات-على أرضية غير الأرضية التي ولدت وترعرعت فيها، كان لزامًا علينا التصدي لكل وافد جديد بتوفير المقابل العربي المناسب أمام المصطلح الأجنبي.هذا الصنيع –إن كان عن قصد أو غير قصد-ولّد ما يعرف بالقضية الاصطلاحية العربية إن صح القول.وفي هذا البحث -إن شاء الله- رصد لأهم سمات هذه القضية مصحوبة بأسبابها وسبل التقليل منها من خلال تقديم نموذج تطبيقي في معجم من المعاجم اللسانية العربية المتعددة اللغات.موضوعه تتبع آلية التعريب بالنقد والتحليل أملا في اظهار واثبات الفرضيات التالية: -لا سبيل إلى توحيد المصطلحات-خصوصا في المعارف الإنسانية-والفيصل الوحيد في علو كعب مصطلح على آخر هو الاستعمال والزمن. -من شأن الضوابط المقيدة في استعمال آلية التعريب توحيد المصطلحات المعربة بشكل كبير إذا ما فرضت رقابة صارمة عليها Il n'y a pas de secret pour ceux qui sont intéressés dans les études de linguistique et même d'autres domaines, la souffrance du monde arabe dans le développement du terme, en dépit de ce que font et écrire et de publier dans le domaine de l'expression et de la terminologie, noter que la connaissance humaine est confrontée à quantité quotidienne énorme de conventions ou nouvelle terminologie dans divers domaines naturellement. Cela parce que nous pratiquons la science étrangère à travers la traduction. - Dans cette recherche, si Allah le veut, la surveillance des caractéristiques les plus importantes de cette affaire ainsi que leurs causes et les moyens de les minimiser en fournissant un modèle pratique dans un dictionnaire de lingiustique multilingues.pour suivre la critique de localisation et d'un mécanisme d'analyse, dans l'espoir de montrer et de prouver les hypothèses suivantes : -les Contrôles limités dans l'utilisation d'un mécanisme de localisation contribuent de manière significative à l'unification des termes arabisés si elle imposé une censure stricte There is no secret to any student of the language and even of other fields about the suffering of the Arab world, particularly from the confusion of terminology sometimes, and the vagueness of its concept in other time, despite the efforts in what is written and published in order to alleviate this problem, knowing that every day human knowledge faces a large number of terms or new terminology in various fields and sciences. As long as we the Arabs practice most of sciences -including linguistics- on the non-terrestrial ground in which they were born and grew, we had to tackle each new term by providing the appropriate Arabic synonym to the foreign term. This - whether intentionally or unintentionally- brought forth what is known as the Arabic terminological issue, so to speak. In this research, if God willing, the most important features of this issue will be monitored, along with its reasons and ways of minimizing it, by presenting an applied model in a multilingual Arabic-language dictionary. The theme follows the mechanism of Arabization with criticism and analysis in hope of showing and proving the following hypotheses: - There is no way to unify terminologies - especially in human knowledge - and the only decisive in the height of one term over the other is the use and time time. - Restricted controls in the use of Arabization mechanism would greatly integrate the arabized terminologies if strict control is imposed on it This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
