المستخلص: يتناول هذا المقال بالتحليل موقع القبيلة مما يسمى بالربيع العربي أو الحراك الاحتجاجي الحاصل بالمجتمعات العربية منذ نهاية سنة 2010. وكيف تفاعلت القبيلة مع مختلف التجارب بحسب طبيعة المجتمعات و آليات سير أنظمتها السياسية؟.و من أجل تفادي السقوط في الأفكار المسبقة و القراءات الجاهزة، خاصة ما تعلق منها بالصور النمطية التي يسوقها الإعلام وفقاً لأجنداته في ظل الصراعات المحلية والإقليمية الدائرة ،بين التضخيم و التقزيم و التشويه التبس على المواطن العربي حدود مسؤولية القبيلة في الأحداث الدائرة،لذلك تعرضنا في المقال لمفهوم القبيلة من نموذج ابن خلدون وما قبل إلى المفاهيم الحديثة التي تتماشى و التحولات الحاصلة على مستوى بنية القبيلة وحدود نفوذها في ظل التحولات المتسارعة سياسياً واقتصادياً و ثقافياً.
وحاولنا الوقوف على جملة التحديات التي تعترض القبيلة ومن أهمها التوظيف السياسي للقبيلة انطلاقاً من المرحلة الاستعمارية إلى مرحلة بناء الدولة الوطنية و إشكالية التعامل مع الاستحقاقات الانتخابية وصعوبة الاستفراد بالشأن الداخلي بسبب تداخل وتقاطع المصالح الدولية و إشكالية التواجد في المؤسسات الأمنية و انخراط القبيلة في تحالفات طائفية بحثاً عن البقاء و الاستمرارية.هذه الإشكاليات و أخرى سنحاول التعرض إليها في هذه الوقفة الموجزة لنحاول رفع جزء من اللبس عن الدور الفعلي للقبيلة في الواقع الحالي للمجتمعات العربية لتحديد حدود مسؤولياتها.


Cet article analyse la position de la tribu du soi-disant mouvement de Printemps arabe ou des protestations qui ont gagné les sociétés arabes depuis la fin de 2010. Et Comment a réagi la tribu envers les différentes expériences, selon la nature des sociétés et la nature de leurs systèmes politiques? et afin d'éviter de tomber dans les préjugés et les lectures préfabriqués, et d’éviter les scenarios relatives aux stéréotypes entraînées par les médias, selon ses agendas dans les conflits locaux et circuit régional, entre amplification et désinformation et distorsion , la confusion gagne le citoyen arabe sur les limites de la responsabilité des tribus dans les conflits actuels, et pour cela j’ essaierai d exposer la notion de la tribu du modèle d Ibn Khaldoun aux concepts pré-modernes cohérente avec les transformations qui ont lieu au niveau de la structure de la tribu et les limites de son influence dans le cadre des changements politiques et économiques et culturelles rapide qui traverses les sociétés arabes.
The purpose of this article is to analyzes the status of the tribe of so called Arab Spring as movement protest which is made by Arab societies since the end of 2010. How tribe interacted with various tests, according to the nature of societies and their the managing of political systems mechanisms? in order to avoid falling into the prejudices and prefabricated readings, those relating to the picture types that driven by the media, according to local conflicts callonder and regional circuit, between amplification and stunting and distortion confused the Arab citizen liability limits of the tribe in the circuit events, therefore we are exposing in this article to the tribe conception of Ibn Khaldun thinking and it pre-modern leading by a transformations taking place at the level of the structure of the tribe and the limits of its quick influence change under the politically , economically and cultural.



This article analyzes the position of the tribe in respect to the so-called Arab Spring or the protest movement that took place in Arab societies from the end of 2010. How did the tribe interact with different the experiences in accordance to the nature of societies and the functional mechanisms of their political systems? To avoid falling into preconceived ideas and readings, especially those related to stereotypical images carried by the media, in accordance with its agenda in light of the ongoing local and regional conflicts, which includes exaggeration, belittling and distortion, the Arab citizen has been left unclear about the limits of the tribe's responsibility in the ongoing events. This is why we have discussed the concept of the tribe from Ibn Khaldun's model and what preceded that, right up until the modern concepts which correspond to the changes taking place in the structure of the tribe and its limits of influence in light of the rapid political, economic and cultural changes.
We have attempted to examine a host of challenges facing the tribe. The most significant of which include how the tribe was used starting from the colonial phase to the stage of the building of the national state, the problem of dealing with electoral entitlements, the difficulty of singling out internal affairs due to overlapping and intersecting international interests, the problem of presence within security institutions and the involvement of the tribe in sectarian alliances in the search of survival and continuity. These problems among others are what we will attempt to address in this brief examination in an attempt to lift some of the confusion from the actual role of the tribe in the current reality of Arab societies so as to determine the limits of its responsibilities
