يهدف البحث الحالى إلى قياس فعالية برنامج تدريبى قائم على الاحتياجات التدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس ومعاونيهم "بينبع" على تنمية مهاراتهم فى تصميم المقررات الإلكترونية على نظام جسور. وتكونت عينة البحث من (40) عضو هيئة تدريس ومعاونيهم بشطر الطالبات بكلية العلوم والآداب للبنات "بينبع"، وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة فى استبانة تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس لتصميم المقررات الإلكترونية، وبطاقة ملاحظة لقياس مهارات تصميم المقررات الإلكترونية، بطاقة تقييم منتج. واستخدم البحث الحالى المنهج الوصفى فى الدراسة النظرية، والمنهج التجريبى للتحقق من فروض البحث. وأسفرت النتائج عن أنه: 1- وجود فرق دال إحصائياً عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسط درجات أعضاء هيئة التدريس قبل تطبيق البرنامج التدريبى، وبعده، على بطاقة الملاحظة لصالح التطبيق البعدى. 2- وجود فرق دال إحصائياً عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسط درجات أعضاء هيئة التدريس قبل تطبيق البرنامج التدريبى، وبعده، على بطاقة تقييم منتج لصالح التطبيق البعدى. 3- وجود أثر دال إحصائياً للبرنامج التدريبى على تنمية مهارات تصميم المقررات الإلكترونية.
This research studied The Effectiveness of a Training Program Based on Training Needs of Faculty Members and their Assistants in Yanbu on the development of Electronic Courses Design Skills on Jusur. The research sample consisted of (40) faculty members and their assistants in faculty of education (girls section) Yanbu The tools of this research was: A Questionnaire to determine training needs of faculty members to design electronic courses, and note card for measuring electronic courses design skills, card evaluating product. This research adapted the descriptive approach in theoretical study, and the experimental approach for assuring the hypotheses. This research has the following results: 1- There was a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) in the scores means of faculty members and their assistants before the application of the training program and after on the note card in favor of the post application. This means accepting the first hypothesis. 2- There was a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) in the scores means of faculty members and their assistants before the application of the training program and after on the card evaluating product. in favor of the post application. This means accepting the second hypothesis. 3- There was a statistically significant effect of the training program on the development of electronic design skills courses. This means accepting the third hypothesis.
