تعد القيم من القضايا الهامة التى تحظى باهتمام كبير فى العملية التعليمية فهى أحد العوامل المهمة التى تحافظ على الأوضاع الاجتماعية للأفراد، حيث توجه سلوكهم وتحدد الإطار المرجعى للجماعة، وتعمل على إحداث عملية التوافق بين الفرد وثقافة المجتمع مما يجعلها بمثابة موجهات الاتزان بين مصالح الفرد الشخصية ومصالح المجتمع. ومما يؤكد على ذلك اهتم التربويون على المستوى الإقليمى والدولى فى العصر الحاضر بقضية القيم وضرورة تفعيل دور التربية فى غرس قيم الانتماء وتعميقه، ومن الأمثلة على ذلك الندوة التى نظمها مكتب التربية العربى لدول الخليج فى مدينة العين بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة بعنوان (الهوية الثقافية وتفاعلها مع الثقافات الأجنبية فى دول الخليج العربى)، حيث أكدت الندوة فى توصياتها الأولى والرابعة والثانية عشرة على ضرورة تعميق الشعور بالانتماء لدى الشباب العربى. وهذا ما دفع الباحثة إلى القيام بهذا البحث، والتى تحددت مشكلته فى التساؤلات الآتية: 1- ما المقصود بقيم الولاء والتنظير لها. 2- ما قيم الولاء اللازم إكسابها لطالبات الجامعة. 3- ما مدى توافر هذه القيم لدى طالبات الجامعة. 4- ما هى المعوقات التى تقف أمام الجامعة للقيام بدورها فى دعم الانتماء. 5- كيف يمكن تفعيل دور جامعة الباحة لإكساب طالباتها قيم الولاء فى عصر المعلوماتية. 6- ماهى الطرق والأساليب التى تستخدمها الجامعة فى دعم الانتماء لدى طالباتها. الهدف من البحث: -التعرف على مفهوم الولاء والكشف عن الدور الذي يمكن أن نقوم به الجامعة في تعزيز، وتنمية هذه القيم والتعرف على المعوقات التي تقف أمام الجامعة، والأساليب التي تستخدمها الجامعة في دعم الانتماء. حدود البحث: يقتصر البحث على معرفة دور الجامعة في تنمية قيم الولاء لدى طالبات كلية التربية. منهج البحث: اعتمدت الباحثة على بعض الأدوات التي تستخدم في إطار المنهج الوصفي، ومنها استبيان للطالبات بقصد قياس مدى تمثلهم لهذه القيم في حياتهن الجامعية. خطوات البحث: 1-الإطار النظري ويتضمن: *الدور التربوي للجامعة. *الدور التربوي للأسرة. *الدور التربوي للمدرسة. 2-الدراسة الميدانية: *هدفت الدراسة الميدانية إلى التعرف إلى الدور التربوي للجامعة في تنمية قيم الولاء لدى طالبات كلية التربية. أداة البحث: استخدمت الباحثة استبانة اشتملت على مجموعتين من العبارات، وعددها 30 عبارة مقسمة على جدولين الجدول الأول يوضح دور الجامعة في تنمية قيم الولاء للوطن لدى الطالبات، ويشتمل على 15 عبارة تضم هذه القيم والجدول الثاني يوضح دور الجامعة في تنمية الولاء للأسرة لدى طالباتها ويحتوي على 15 عبارة تشمل هذه القيم أيضا. نتائج البحث: 1-عدم تفعيل النشاط الجامعي بما يخدم الانتماء الوطني. 2-قلة الزيارات والرحلات الميدانية لدور الأيتام والأماكن الوطنية. 3-عزلة الجامعة عن المجتمع الذي تعيش فيه الطالبات مما يجعلها تؤثر سلبيا على الطالبات. 4-كثرة الأعباء الإدارية في الجامعة وعدم تفرغهم لمتابعة تفعيل الانتماء الوطني. 5-عدم التكامل بين الجامعة والأسرة في ترسيخ بعض قيم الانتماء والمواطنة للوطن. 6-عدم وجود برامج متخصصة بداخل الجامعة لزيادة الوعى بالانتماء الوطني. 7-عدم وضوح مفاهيم الانتماء الوطني وأهميته لدى طالبات الجامعة. 8-ضعف الموارد المالية التي تصرف للكلية التي تدعم البرامج الخاصة من النشاط بتفعيل الانتماء. 9-المناهج التي تعطى للطالبات وعدم تضمينها خبرات ترتبط بتنمية الانتماء للوطن. 10-كثرة أعباء هيئة التدريس وانشغالهم بالعبء التدريسي بالجامعة يجعلهم لا يتفرغون لمشكلات الطالبات داخل الجامعة. 11-عدم تهيئة الطالبات من قبل الأسرة في إكسابهن لقيم المجتمع الذي يعيشون فيه بسبب إنشغالهم عنهن.

This prompted the researcher to do this research and identified his problem in the following questions: 1. What is loyalty and endoscopy her values? 2. What teaching them the values of loyalty necessary for the students of the university? 3. What the availability of these values among university students? 4. What are the obstacles that stand in front of the university to do its part in supporting the affiliation? 5. How can activate the role of the University of Al-Baha to give her students the values of loyalty in the information age? 6. What are the ways and methods used by the university in support of belonging among her students? Objective of the Research: - Understand the concept of loyalty and the disclosure of the role that could be played by the university in the promotion and development of these values and to identify the obstacles that stand in front of the university and methods used by the university in support of belonging Search Limits: Find the limited knowledge of the role of the university in the development of loyalty to the values of the female students of the Faculty of Education. Research Methodology: The researcher has relied on some of the tools that are used as part of the descriptive approach, including the questionnaire to measure how students Basks tore present these values in their university. -Research Steps: 1-The Oretical frame work includes: *The educational role of the university. *The educational role of the family. *The educational role of the school. 2.The field study: The purpose of the field study to identify the educational role of the university in the development of loyalty to the values of the female students of the Faculty of Education.
