هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف تصورات أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة شقراء لتأثير تطبيق معايير الاعتماد على أداء طلبة الجامعة من وجهة نظرهم ، واستخدمت الدراسة، المنهج الوصفي، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، فقد تم استخدام استبانه تقيس تصورات أعضاء هيئة التدريس لتأثير تطبيق معايير الاعتماد على أداء طلبة جامعة شقراء، وتكونت من (75) فقرة ضمن تسعة مجالات، وتم توزيعها على عين مكونة من (218) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس العاملين في جامعة شقراء، وقد أظهرت النتائج ما يلي: إن مستوى تصور أعضاء هيئة التدريس لأثر تطبيق معايير الاعتماد على أداء طلبة جامعة شقراء في مجالات الدراسة كلها مرتفعاً. ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لتصورات أعضاء هيئة التدريس لتأثير تطبيق معايير الاعتماد على أداء طلبة جامعة شقراء تعزي لمتغيري الرتبة الأكاديمية، ولصالح رتبة أستاذ مساعد. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لتصورات أعضاء هيئة التدريس لتأثير تطبيق معايير الاعتماد على أداء طلبة جامعة شقراء في متغير الخبرة. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصى الباحث بضرورة الاستمرار في تطبيق معايير الاعتماد الجامعي لدورها الفاعل في تحسين المستوى الجامعي، ونشر ما يتعلق بمعايير هيئة الاعتماد وذلك من خلال المؤتمرات والندوات وورش العمل لتعريف كل العاملين بالجامعات على ماهية هذه المعايير وتشجيعهم على مناقشة الصعوبات التي يتوقعونها عند التطبيق.
The study aimed to identify perceptions of faculty members at the University of Shaqra to rely on the impact of the application of the performance of university students from their perspective standards. The study used the descriptive approach, and to achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire was used to measure perceptions of teaching to the impact of the application of reliance on the performance of students of the University of blonde standards body members, and consisted of (75) items within the nine areas. It was distributed to a sample of (218) of the teaching staff of the University blonde members. The results showed the following: The level of perception of the members of teaching of the impact of the application of reliance on the performance of students at the University Shaqra all fields of study high standards. And the presence of statistically significant differences between the averages of the perceptions of the teaching of the impact of the application of reliance on the performance of students of the University of Shaqra standards due to the variables of academic rank faculty members, and m favor of the rank of professor. And the lack of statistically significant differences between the averages of the perceptions of the teaching of the impact of the application of reliance on the performance of students at the University Shaqra experience variable standards body members. In light of the findings, the researcher recommended that the continued application of university accreditation standards for their active role in improving the university level. And dissemination with regard to accreditation body standards through conferences, seminars and workshops to identify all workers universities on what these standards and encourage them to discuss the difficulties that they expect when the application.
