المستخلص: أصبحت قضايا الهجرة في اغلب دول المجموعة الأوروبية تصنف من أهم القضايا الأمنية خاصة بالنظر إلى العلاقة المحتملة بين الإرهاب و المهاجرين ،حيث أصبح من الاحتمالات الواردة وجود أعضاء جماعات إرهابية بين المهاجرين و تحوم الشبهات حول المسلمين من إفريقيا ،و قد ركز الاهتمام من قبلها بشكل أساسي على ضرورة وقف توافد المهاجرين غير الشرعيين إلى الشواطئ الأوروبية باليات اقل ما يقال عنها أمنية ، بغية مواجهة هذه الظاهرة التي من شانها تهديد اقتصادياتها ، وبذلك فقد أصبح الإتحاد الأوروبي ينظر إلى ظاهرة تدفق المهاجرين غير الشرعيين من الضفة الجنوبية إلى الشمالية للبحر المتوسط على أنها مصدر كل المخاطر وتشكل تهديدا على الأمن الأوروبي وهذا ما يؤدي إلى انتشار وتفاقم ظواهر أخرى مثل: الجريمة المنظمة ، تجارة المخدرات ،التطرف الديني والعرقي،ما يؤدي إلى انتشار حالات أللاستقرار والأمن والتوترات .

Immigration issues in most European Community countries have come to be classified as one of the most important security issues, especially due to the potential relationship between terrorism and migrants. That is in the case where it has become possible for members of terrorist groups to be present among immigrants whilst suspicions hover over Muslims from Africa. Its main focus has been on the need to stop the influx of illegal immigrants to European shores by mechanisms, the least of which can be said about them is that they are security, seeking to counter this phenomenon which threatens its economies. Thus, the European Union has come to see the phenomenon of the flow of illegal immigrants from the southern bank to the northern Mediterranean as the source of all risks constituting a threat to European security. This leads to the spread and accumulation of other phenomena such as organized crime, drug trafficking, religious and ethnic extremism, which leads to the spread of situations of instability, absence of security and tensions.

Les questions d'immigration sont devenues dans la plupart des pays de la Communauté européenne sont classés comme les problèmes les plus importants de la sécurité, notamment dans la perspective de la relation possible entre le terrorisme et les immigrants, Où il est devenu les possibilités contenaient la présence de membres de groupes terroristes, planant entre les immigrants et les soupçons sur les musulmans de l'Afrique, et a attiré l'attention par son principalement sur la nécessité d'arrêter l'afflux d'immigrés clandestins sur les côtes européennes mécanique légèrement la sécurité, Pour faire face à ce phénomène, qui menace leur économie, et donc il est devenu l'Union européenne se penche sur le phénomène du flux d'immigrants clandestins de la rive sud au nord de la mer Méditerranée comme la source de tous les risques et constituent une menace pour la sécurité européenne et c'est ce qui mène à la prolifération et à l'aggravation d'autres phénomènes, tels que: la crime organisé, Le trafic de drogue , l'extrémisme religieux et ethnique, ce qui conduit à la propagation des tensions d'instabilité et de sécurité.
