تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التطرق لما جاء في الدراسات الأمنية من إعادة لبناء الأمن وفقاً لمعيار نظرية الأمننة، إذ من بين تلك القضايا المثيرة لطرح أسئلة تتعلق براهن نعيشه في المنطقة المتوسطية الهجرة وربطها بالأمن، أين أصبحت هذه الهجرة رهانا أمنيا منذ أن تمت أمننتها خلال الثمانينيات حيث يعتبر المهاجرون كتهديد للهوية الوطنية المحددة ثقافيا (بعدما كانت تخضع في السابق لمعالجة اقتصادية العمال كعمال مغتربين). وقد تم الربط بين الأمن والهجرة عبر خطاب اجتماعي وسياسي كـ " مشكلة أمن كبرى بالنسبة لأوروبا " تحُل بوسائل خاصة. وتم فحص بيئة حوض المتوسط، كمنطقة استراتيجية هامة بالنسبة للاتحاد الأوروبي، إذ أصبحت المنطقة المتوسطية جراء استفحال ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية، في مخاطر أمنية، ما جعل الاتحاد الأوروبي يلجأ إلى تبني خطاب لغوي يعمل به على الاستدلال بأن هناك تهديد يمس بقاء كيانه المرجعي، وذلك عبر: تبني مفردات لغوية ذات دلالات أمنية تخص ذلك التهديد، مع تدخل أو مشاركة المجتمع الأوروبي في ذلك؛ لأن القضية بالنسبة لأوروبا هي قضية أمن مجتمعي [مرجعية الدولة التي تحمي المجتمع]، ورهان أمني في الوقت ذاته.
In This study, it aim to address the security studies of the reconstruction of security in accordance with the criterion of security theory, one of the most intriguing issues to ask questions about the gamble we live in the Mediterranean is migration and its connection to security, where migration has become a security threat since it was secured in the 1980s, where migrants are seen as a threat to a culturally defined national identity (after they were previously subjected to economic treatment of workers as expatriate workers). The Mediterranean medium was examined as an important strategic area for the European Union, as the Mediterranean region became increasingly vulnerable to illegal immigration, which made the European Union resort to the adoption of a language in which it works to infer that there is a threat to the survival of its referent object, through the adoption of language vocabulary with the security implications of that threat, with the involvement or participation of European community in that; because the issue of Europe is a cause of society security [state referential that protects society], and a security bet at the same time.
