The issue of intellectual security has become one of the most significant problems that have emerged from the so-called “globalization”. The interest in this subject, in particular, is due to the sharp debate and divergent positions generated by globalization among specialized academics. Just as this issue is also closely linked to the subject of compliance. Therefore, the article will seek to try to clarify both the concepts of intellectual security and compliance in light of the complexity, ambiguity and abundance of their definitions. It will then examine the most important elements of intellectual security, its historical developments and its essential components. It will also examine the matter of the preservation of the human mind and protection of its produce and innovations from deviation, by attempting to answer the following questions: What is the concept of intellectual security and the concept of compliance? What is the significance of intellectual security, what are its objectives and what is the most important theory related to it? What are the most important concepts connected and related to the concept of intellectual security and is it linked to compliance? How is the Arab mind preserved and protected from deviation or abberation? This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018. La sécurité intellectuelle est devenue une des principaux problèmes causés de la soi-disant - la mondialisation –l’importance de ce sujet notamment aux débat set des positions divergentes entre les universitaires et spécialistes qui ont été produits par la mondialisation, autant liés à la question de l'engagement de cette question. En effet, cet article essaye de montrer tous les concepts de sécurité et de l'engagement intellectuel vu la complexité et l'ambiguïté et la multitude deا leurs définitions , puis il présentera les éléments les plus importants de la sécurité intellectuelle ses évolutions historiques et aussi ses effervescences , comme il étudiera également les façons du maintien de l'esprit humain et la protection de ses produits et sa créativité de l'écart d'essayer en répondant aux questions suivantes : - Qu'est-ce une sécurité intellectuelle et l'engagement ? - Quelle est l'importance de la sécurité intellectuelle et quelles sont ses objectifs , et quelle est la théorie qui l’a étudié ? - Quels sont les concepts les plus importants associés et liés à la notion de sécurité intellectuelle ? Est-allié à l'engagement ? - Comment peut-on maintenir l'esprit arabe et le protéger de l'écart ? لقد أضحت قضية الأمن الفكري أحد أهم الإشكالات التي خرجت من رحم ما يسمى - العولمة- ويعزى الاهتمام بهذا الموضوع بالذات إلى ما أفرزته العولمة من نقاشات حادة ومواقف متباينة بين الأكاديميين المتخصصين ،كما ترتبط كثيرا هذه القضية بموضوع الالتزام . لذلك سيسعى ذا المقال إلى محاولة تبين كل من مفهومي الأمن الفكري والالتزام في ظل تشابك وغموض وكثرة تعريفاتهما، ثم سيعرض إلى أهم عناصر الأمن الفكري وتطوراته التاريخية و مقوماته الأمن الفكري ،كما سيعرض إلى صيانة العقل الإنساني وحماية منتجاته وإبداعاته من الانحراف بمحاولة الإجابة عن الأسئلة الآتية: ما مفهوم كل من الأمن الفكري والالتزام؟وما أهمية الأمن الفكري وما أهدافه وما أهم نظرية تتناوله؟ وما هي أهم المفاهيم المرتبطة والمتعلقة بمفهوم الأمن الفكري وهل يرتبط بالالتزام؟ وكيف تتم صيانة العقل العربي وحمايته من الانحراف؟ |
