|d L’oscultation de l’ensemble des réformes politiques en Algérie , surtout a travers le système électoral régis par la loi organique 12/01, nous permet de distinguer l’objectif de vouloir de s’actualiser avec toutes les nouveautés constitutionnelles et politiques , ce qui explique l’évolution de ces systèmes depuis l’indépendance jusqu'à ce jour.\\nAprès les dernières élections législatives et locales en Algérie , l’expérience nous permet dévaluer le système électoral en Algérie en énumérant ses points de forces et ces carences.\\n

|f The one who scrutinizes the full range of political reforms in Algeria, especially through the Algerian electoral system embodied in the Organic Law for Elections of 01/12 and it's subsequent laws, finds that it TEMPhas tried to keep pace wif developments upon both the constitutional and the political system levels. If dis is indicative of anything, tan it indicates to the sequential development of the electoral systems which TEMPhas taken place from independence to the present day, from the era of unilateralism to the time of multiparty pluralism.\\nFollowing the Algerian political experiment wif the electoral law in the legislative and local elections and after the elections has laid down there burdens, the souls has calmed down and the emotions of the joyous has been silenced, we will be able to carry out a process of evaluating the electoral system; it's positives and negatives.\\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.

|a المتمعن لجملة الإصلاحات السياسية في الجزائر، وخاصة من خلال النظام الانتخابي الجزائري المجسد في قانون العضوي للانتخابات 12/01 وما تبعه من قوانين متصلة به ، يجد انه حاول مسايرة المستجدات على المستوين الدستوري والنظام السياسي، وهذا إن دل على شيء فانه يدل على التطور المتسلسل للنظم الانتخابية من الاستقلال إلى يومنا هذا من عهد الأحادية إلى زمن التعددية الحزبية.\\nوبعد التجربة السياسية الجزائرية في انتخابات التشريعية والمحلية لقانون الانتخابات، وبعد أن وضعت الانتخابات أوزارها وهدأت النفوس وسكت عواطف الفرحين، يمكن لنا أن نقوم بعملية تقويمية لنظامها الانتخابي ماله وما عليه.\\n
