|f The reluctance of young people to marry despite reaching the legal age, has serious consequences upon the individual and the society, the most serious of which are deviancies and sexual crimes. That is in the case where unemployment is the most significant cause of this reluctance due to its release of a great amount of free time and material impotency, which leads the unemployed person to satisfy his sexual instinct in illegal ways. The child is one of its victims, as the the most egregious violations such as sexual abuse are practiced upon the child, bringing devastating effects upon the child from all angles; psychological, relational etc. It also has its impact upon society through the spread of vice, which we would would like to study through this article. It is the role played by unemployment as an obstacle between young people and legitimate marriage, as the unemployed person adopts deviant behaviors that do not satisfy their sexuality, including sexual satisfaction through children.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.

|d La réticence des jeunes à se marier malgré l'âge légal, avoir de graves conséquences sur l'individu et sur la société et les conséquences les plus graves c’est les déviations et les infractions sexuelles, À travers l'épreuve du temps vide et de déficience économique qui poussent les chômeurs a satisfirent leur instinct sexuel illégalement et les enfants de leurs victimes où les violations les plus flagrantes telles que les abus sexuels , qui laisse des effets dévastateurs sur l'enfant sur tous les aspects psychologiques et relationnelles, aussi son impact sur la société par le biais de la propagation du Immoralité, et nous tenons à étudier à travers cet article le rôle que joue le chômage comme un obstacle entre la jeunesse et le mariage légal qui leurs poussent à adopter des comportements déviantes pour satisfirent leurs désirs sexuelle et notamment par le biais de l'enfant.

|a عزوف الشباب عن الزواج رغم توفر السن القانوني، له عواقب وخيمة على الفرد و على المجتمع و اخطر عواقبه الانحرافات و الجرائم الجنسية حيث تعد البطالة اهم مسببات هدا العزوف من خلال ما تفرزه من وقت فراغ كبير و عوز مادي يدفعا بالبطال الى اشباع غريزته الجنسية بطرق غير شرعية و يكون الطفل من ضحاياها حيث يمارس في حقه ابشع الانتهاكات كالاعتداءات الجنسية و التي تترك اثار مدمرة على الطفل من جميع النواحي النفسية ،العلائقية إلى غير دلك، كدلك اثارها على المجتمع من خلال انتشار الرذيلة ، والدي نود دراسته من خلال هدا المقال ،هو الدور الدي تلعبه البطالة كعقبة تحول بين الشباب و الزواج الشرعي بحيث يتبنى البطال سلوكيات منحرفة لا شباع نزوته الجنسية و التي من بينها الاشباع الجنسي عن طريق الطفل.
