|b Social science has not been able in general in a number of Arab universities after several years of its founding, to succeed in consolidating its presence not only on the epistemological level of the concept of the scientific knowledge, method and theory, but also on the social level to accept their scientific output of research and scientific production, because the fact is not read scientifically, and analyze its urgent issues in a way that leads to a forward-looking vision. In fact, the applied fact of these sciences reveals a cognitive gap between theory and methodology, and between the environment of their presenting to the students, this issue makes us asking through this article a number of questions about the nature of the relationship between the scientific knowledge related to social sciences with the daily laboratory of the scientific and practical space made up of students, courses and administrative constraints as part of the university system as a whole.

|a إن الطبيعة المفتوحة لتكنولوجيا الإعلام جعلت من الصعب التحكم فيها واللجوء إلى الانتقائية. وعلى الرغم من وجود بعض الطرق التي تسمح بمثل هذه الانتقائية في استخدام الإنترنت إلا أن هناك وسائل تكنولوجية أخرى يمكنها إبطال مفعول المراقبة والتحكم في استخداماتها المختلفة. لذا ينبغي على كل مجتمع أن يبحث عن الوسائل الكفيلة لحماية مثله، وقيمه، وهويته الثقافية من مخاطر الغزو الفكري. وهذا ما ستبينه هذه الدراسة من خلال الكشف عن الآثار الايجابية والسلبية التي تخلفها الانترنت على الهوية الثقافية لفئة مميزة في المجتمع ممثلة في فئة الطلبة الجامعيين، وكيف يمكن تكييف هذه الوسيلة مع واقع وقيم المجتمع الجزائري.
