This research deals with important topics in Arabic Studies and is the views of the Orientalists in rhetorical studies and Arabic graphs and assets of the Arab statement and rhetoric Sciences, as interested in them all the Arab and Islamic Studies one the bases of the Arab statement and especially school Orientalist German taken an approach Mtadl and focused on studies Koranic language and graphic and collegiality, literary and mysticism. And Helmut Ritter Orientalist Germany belongs to this trend in the Arab and Islamic Studies So a thousand men in the various sciences, and issued dozens of books and is a published book (the basis of rhetoric) to Abdul omnipotent Jerjani of the most important studies and lasted for more than thirty years in headed by the achieved and translated and wrote introduction in English, but did not obtain the required and Hmadidn introductions and studies by orientalists attention as care for their investigation and neglect their opinion. In this paper, we studied the history of German Orientalism and Hayat Helmut Ritter and offered his writings and his introduction and his study of more than thirty pages in English and deals with the origins of the Arab statement is contained on Ray Dr. Taha Hussein in his research (paving the Arab statement of bigeye to Abdul omnipotent), published as an introduction to his book (Cash prose attributed to Qudaamah Ben Jaafar and establishes the beginnings of the evolving Arab statement. هدف البحث إلى عرض موضوع بعنوان" المستشرق ه-ريتر ومقدمته عن أصول البيان العربي قراءة في ضوء الاستشراق الألماني". وقسم البحث إلى ثلاثة محاور: ذكر المحور الأول أن تأثيرات المستشرقين الألمان الأهم متمثلة في نشراتهم للنصوص الأدبية القديمة مثل عيون الأخبار والكامل للمبرد والاشتقاق "لابن دُريد" وجزء من الأغاني ومع ذلك فعندما قام الدكتور " عبد الحليم النجار" في الخمسينات بترجمة دراسة "يوهان فك" (العربية) شكل ذلك تقدماً لافتاً في مجال الدراسات الفيلولوجية وقد كان مقصد "فِك" تصحيح ما وقع فيه "فوللرز" الذي عد العاميات لغات مستقلة كما عد لغة القرآن دارجة قريش لكنه أفاد أيضاً من الدراسات السامية المقارنة ومن ألسنية سوسير. وتحدث المحور الثاني عن الدراسات الاستشراقية الألمانية فهو محور التأريخ القائم على المنهج النقدي التأريخي لفحص المصادر، فقد أدخله إلى الدراسات الشرقية "يوليوس فلهاوزن" 1844-1918.واستعرض المحور الثالث الدراسات الإسلامية. وتحدث البحث عن مقدمة (ه-ريتر) لكتاب أسرار البلاغة بحيث أن العرب طوروا موهبة مميزة للفن الأدبي، فلم يكتف البدويون بإنتاج فني نحت ورسم أصليين بل من جانب آخر، ومنذ القرن السادس الهجري طوروا فناً أدبياً غنياً أحادي الجانب، وهذا الفن يعتمد أساساً على الشعر وبصورة أكثر تحديداً (القصائد الغنائية) ومع ذلك ومنذ الأزمنة القديمة وجد الشعر جنباً إلى جنب مع النثر الأدبي. واختتم البحث موضحاً أن "الجرجاني" عرض آراءه بأسلوب غالباً ما يبدو مسهباً إلى حد ما بالنسبة لنا، كما أنه كان مُلزماً بالعمل على تطوير أفكار رائدة لم تؤخذ بالحسبان في العالم العربي من قبل. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
