|a التمكين و المشاركة مرادفين هامين فى مجال التنمية السياسية على كافة الاصعدة ، وكل منهما عبارة عن علاقة بين طرفين او اكثر، وتحاول الدراسة ان تبين اثر تطبيق تمكين الشباب على الشباب و الدولة بإعتبارهما أساس التنمية السياسية ، وذلك كمدخل لتحديد العلاقة بين مفهوم التنمية من جانب و التمكين من جانب أخر ، فهناك تحديات تحاول الدراسة الوقوف عليها من خلال دراسة عوامل التأثير فى التمكين السياسى للشباب كمدخل للتنمية السياسية ، مما يجعل الباحث يستعرض عدة محاور نستطيع من خلالها الوقوف على مدى سعى الدولة لدعم التمكين السياسى للشباب وماهى اليات الوصول الى علاقة شراكة بين الدولة و الشباب تسهم فى عمليات التنمية السياسية

|b Empowerment and participation are important synonymous in the field of political development on all levels, each of which is a relationship between two or more parties, the study attempts to show the impact of the application of youth empowerment to young people and the state as the basis of political development, and that as input to determine the relationship between the concept of development by and empowerment the one hand, there are the challenges of trying to study stand out through the study of influence in the political empowerment of youth as an entry point for political development factors, making the researcher reviewed several topics which we can stand on the extent of the state's keenness to support the political empowerment of youth and what are the Interlocutor of access to the partnership relationship between the state and youth contribute to the political development processes.
