استهدف البحث تقديم لمحة عن المخطوط العربي وأهميته في البحث والتحقيق. واشتمل البحث على تعريف المخطوطات وأهمية النتاج الفكري العربي المخطوط. وأهمية دراسة المخطوطات في مجالي البحث والتحقيق وتعريف التحقيق. كما تناول الأسس التي ينبغي توافرها عند اختيار مخطوطة للدراسة والتحقيق ومميزات المخطوط العربي. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي في عرضه لموضوع البحث. واختتم البحث بضرورة اتباع الأمور التالية لمعرفة الحقيقة عند القيام بعملية دراسة المخطوط أو تحقيقه وهي. معرفة العصور التاريخية في مصطلحاتها ومناهجها في البحث والحركة الفكرية والحضارية التي شهرت بها. والخبرة بمعرفة الخطوط المشرقية منها والمغربية الديوانية منها والكوفية. ومعرفة قواعد وأصول ومصطلحات الخطوط. وأيضاً الدراسة الشاملة عمن نسبت إليه المخطوطة أو الوثيقة عن حياته. وثقافته وبيئته لمعرفة مدى إمكانية نسبة هذا العمل إليه. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018


The aim of the research is to provide an overview of the Arabic manuscript and its importance in research and investigation. The research included the definition of manuscripts and the importance of manuscript Arabic intellectual production. The research also discussed the importance of studying manuscripts in the fields of research and investigation. It defined the investigation. It tackled the basics that should be followed while selecting a manuscript for study and investigation and the advantages of the Arabic manuscript. The research used the descriptive approach in presenting the subject of the research. The research concluded that the following things should be followed to find out the truth in the process of studying or achieving the manuscript. Those things were represented in knowing the terms and approaches of historical ages in research in addition to the intellectual and civilizational movement that contributed to make it famous. It also suggested being aware of knowledge of the Eastern, the Moroccan, Diwani and the Kufic handwritings. It also recommended knowing the rules, origins and terms of lines. In addition, it pointed to the comprehensive study of the person whose life, culture and environment were addressed by the manuscript or document to find out the extent to which this work is possible to be accredited to him..This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
