The Arab League is one of the earliest international regional organizations whose foundation came with the end of the Second World War when most of the Arab states were under the dominance of the colonialism. Hence, it was established by the independent states back then. All of those conditions made its bases, philosophy and its beliefs a reflection of certain conditions whether internal, the founder, or external ones, Britain. The regional organizations seek to dedicate the will of the member countries for achieving the common aims represented by enhancing the cooperation and the equivalent mutual dependence. It also attempts achieving its main aim which is being united in one organization, the Arab League, as an Arab regional organization with aims similar to the aims of the other regional organizations. It came to strengthen the bonds among the member countries and preserving its independence and ending colonialism as well as preventing the conflicts that could take place among the countries. "
