المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد الإطار العلمي الذي يجب توافر بمقررات الثقافة المعلوماتية بلوائح أقسام المكتبات والمعلومات بالجامعات المصرية، وقد اعتمدت الباحثة لإعداد هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في حصر جميع مقررات الثقافة المعلوماتية وتحليل توصيفاتها، معتمدة في ذلك على أسلوب تحليل المضمون. وقد قامت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة باستقراء الوضع الحالي للمقررات المتاحة في الثقافة المعلوماتية بلوائح أقسام المكتبات والمعلومات بجمهورية مصر العربية وبمدارس المكتبات والمعلومات بالجامعات المعتمدة من ALA ثم قامت الباحثة بتحليل مضمون هذه المقررات للوقوف على الجوانب الإيجابية والسلبية بكل منها. ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة التي توصلت لها الباحثة أن جميع مقررات الثقافة المعلوماتية وعددها ٤ مقررات بلوائح أقسام المكتبات والمعلومات لا تهدف إلى تهيئة أخصائي المكتبات والمعلومات للعمل بمجال الثقافة المعلوماتية، كما توصلت أيضا إلى أن تعليم الثقافة المعلوماتية يعد جزءا من مناهج مدارس المكتبات والمعلومات بالجامعات المعتمدة حيث يتوافر في ٤٧ جامعة، ومن أهم التوصيات التي توصلت لها الباحثة ضرورة توافر مقرر خاص بالثقافة المعلوماتية كجزء من مناهج أقسام المكتبات والمعلومات يؤهل الخريجين للعمل بمجال الثقافة المعلوماتية.

This study aims to determine the scientific framework that must be provided in the curricula of information culture in the regulations of libraries and information departments in Egyptian universities. While preparing this study, the researcher relied on the descriptive-analytical approach to inventory all the courses of information culture and analyze its descriptions, relying on the method of analyzing the content. In this study, the researcher extrapolated the current status of available courses in the information culture by the regulations of libraries and information departments in the Arab Republic of Egypt and libraries and information schools in universities accredited by ALA. The researcher then analyzed these courses' content to find out the positive and negative aspects of each. One of the most important results of the study found by the researcher is that all four courses of information culture regulations of libraries and information departments do not aim to prepare libraries and information specialists to work in the field of information culture. She also found that the teaching of information culture is part of library and information schools' curricula in accredited universities, where it is available in 47 universities. One of the most important recommendations reached by the researcher is the need to have a special course on information culture as part of the curricula of libraries and information departments that qualify graduates to work in the field of information culture.
