هدفت الدراسة: تناول خبرات جامعتي ماسترخت وفيينا في مجال الحوكمة بالجامعات وإمكانية الإفادة منها في تطوير مؤسسات التعليم الجامعي بمصر، وذلك من خلال توضيح الأسس النظرية لحوكمة الجامعات، والتعرف على ملامح وأسس الحوكمة في جامعي المقارنة، والوقوف على واقع الجهود المصرية في هذا المجال، ومن ثم تقديم إجراءات مقترحة لتفعيل الحوكمة بالجامعات المصرية في ضوء خبرات جامعي المقارنة وبما يتناسب وظروف المجتمع المصري وأوضاعه الثقافية. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج المقارن، إذ يعد أنسب المناهج المستخدمة وأكثرها دلالة علي التربية المقارنة، واشتملت الدراسة على الخطوات الرئيسية التالية: أولا: دراسة تحليلية للحوكمة بجامعتي ماسترخت وفيينا، ثانياً: دراسة تحليلية مقارنة للحوكمة بجامعتي ماسترخت وفيينا، ثالثاً: دراسة بعض جوانب الإفادة من الحوكمة بجامعتي ماسترخت وفيينا.
The study aimed at addressing the experiences of the Universities of Maastricht and Vienna in the field of governance in universities and the possibility of benefit to them in the development of higher education institutions in Egypt, and that by clarifying the theoretical foundations for the governance of universities, and to identify the features and the foundations of governance at the Universities of comparison, and to stand on the reality of the Egyptian efforts in this field, and then submission of proposed actions to activate governance Egyptian universities in the light of the experiences of the Universities of comparison and commensurate with the circumstances and the conditions of Egyptian society cultural. The study used a comparative approach, as it is the most suitable approaches used and the most meaningful on Comparative Education, and the study included the following key steps: First, an analytical study of the governance of the Universities of Maastricht and Vienna, Second: A comparative analysis of the governance of the Universities of Maastricht and Vienna. Third: A study of some aspects of the benefit of governance Universities of Maastricht and Vienna.
