هدف البحث إلى التعرف على دلالة الفروق في مستوى الاغتراب السياسي لدى طلاب جامعة بني سويف في ضوء متغيري الجنس والتخصص، التعرف على دلالة الفروق في جودة الحياة لدى طلاب جامعة بني سويف في ضوء متغيري الجنس والتخصص، وكذلك التعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية بين الاغتراب السياسي وجودة الحياة لدى طلاب جامعة بني سويف، وتكونت عينة البحث من (180) طالبا وطالبة من طلاب كلية التربية جامعة بني سويف، واشتملت أدوات البحث على مقياس الاغتراب السياسي (إعداد الباحث)، ومقياس جودة الحياة لطلبة الجامعة (محمود منسي، علي كاظم، 2006)، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دالة إحصائية في جميع مظاهر الاغتراب السياسي والدرجة الكلية تعزي لمتغير الجنس (ذكور – إناث)، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في بعد (عدم الانتماء) بين التخصصين العلمي والأدبي لدى طلاب جامعة بني سويف ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في بقية الأبعاد بين التخصصين العلمي والأدبي لدى طلاب جامعة بني سويف، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في جودة الحياة بين الإناث والذكور، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في جودة الحياة بين التخصص العلمي والتخصص الأدبي، وكذلك وجود علاقة عكسية بين الاغتراب السياسي وجودة الحياة لدى طلاب جامعة بني سويف بالنسبة للمتغيرات (الجنس – التخصص).
The research sought to identify the difference significance in the political alienation in the Beni Suef University students in the light of gender and specialization variables, the difference significance in life quality of the Beni Suef University Students in the light of gender and specialization and the correlational relationship between the political alienation and the life quality in Beni Suef University Students. The sample community was comprised of 180 male and female students of faculty of education students - Beni Suef University. The research instruments included the political alienation scale (prepared by the researcher), the life quality scale of university student (Mahmoud Mansi ,Ali Kadhim, 2006), the research findings indicated that there are no statistically significant differences in all aspects of the political alienation and the total degree is attributed to the gender variable (males- females), there are statistically significant differences in non - belonging dimension between literature and scientific majors in the Beni Suef University students, there are no statistically significant differences in the rest of variables between literature and scientific majors in the Beni Suef University students, there are statistically significant differences in the life quality males and females, there are no statistically significant differences in the life quality between literature and scientific majors and there is a reverse a relationship between the political alienation and the life quality in the Beni Suef University students in relation to the variables of gender and specialization.
