The current study aimed at developing some EFL writing skills of second year preparatory pupils through using WebQuest strategy. Participants were divided to two groups; the experimental group which used WebQuest strategy to develop the writing skills and the control group which was taught using the jegular way of teaching. The researcher designed WebQuest lessons using a power point program and linked it to the internet. The experimental group participants used the online resources given in the WebQuest lessons. A pre-post writing test was administered to the two groups. Findings indicated that the experimental group participants outperformed those of the control group.
