The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of a training program on developing instructional time management competency of English Language female teacher in the intermediate stage in Riyadh City. In this study, experimental post test design is used and applied on experimental and control groups. Twenty eight female English language teacher were chosen at random, of whom fourteen (14) as experimental group and fourteen (14) as control group. The experimental group was exposed to a training program for a period of (12) days. To test the post test performance of experimental and control groups in instructional time management competency, the researcher prepared an observation card. Data collected from the post test was organized and statistically processed by using (Mann-Whitney) test. The results of the thesis, come to the following-: 1. There is a statistical significant difference at the level of (0.01 > α) between experimental and control groups in instructional time management competency of both: (Instructional Time Wasters) and (Instructional Time Losses). This difference was for experimental group. The value of ((J) was (27). This value is, of course, high and shows the effect of the training program on developing instructional lime management competency.
