أدت المتغيرات التي طرأت على أنظمة التعليم إلى جعل المؤسسات التعليمية وكوادرها تتبنى أنماطا جديدة للتعليم كان أبرزها التعليم الإلكتروني وقد اهتمت الجامعات المصرية بالتعليم الإلكتروني وأهدافه وتوجهت إلى توفير بنية تحتية ومجموعة من أدوات التعليم الإلكتروني ذات مواصفات عالية الجودة، تمكن من توفير المعلومات والتدريب والدعم للإداريين وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب في استخدام أدوات التعلم الإلكتروني والمرافق الخاصة بتجهيزاته، وذلك بالتعاون مع الجامعات والكليات، وتعتبر كليات التربية الرياضية إحدى المؤسسات التربوية والتعليمية الهامة التي تعتمد عليها الدولة في إعداد المعلمين المؤهلين بهدف الوصول إلى أعلى المستويات وفق أساليب وطرق وأدوات حديثة ومتطورة أهمها استخدام أدوات ونظم التعليم الإلكتروني إلا أن ذلك يتم بمعزل عن تحديد الكفايات اللازم لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالكلية امتلاكها لتفعيل هذا النظام ، ويتطلب تطبيق نظام التعليم الإلكتروني مجموعة من المهارات الضرورية والتي يتعين على عضو هيئة التدريس إتقانها بداية من الثقافة المعلوماتية ومرورا باستخدام الأجهزة وحتى توظيف التكنولوجيا الحديثة كوسائل تعليمية والمشاركة في عمليات إنتاج المقرر الإلكتروني وانتهاء بالتمكن من أدوات التعليم الإلكتروني لذا هدف البحث للتعرف على كفايات تكنولوجيا التعليم الإلكتروني بكلية التربية الرياضية جامعة المنصورة اللازمة لتطبيق نظم التعليم الإلكتروني في العملية التعليمية، ومدى توافرها ودرجة أهميتها لدى أعضاء هيئة تدريس الكلية من خلال استبيان يتضمن هذه الكفايات، وأظهرت النتائج توافر بعض الكفايات المتعلقة بالتطبيقات الأكثر شيوعا واستخدام مثل برامج التواصل الاجتماعي واستخدام تطبيقات تحرير النصوص والعروض التقديمية والتعامل مع أجهزة العرض واستخدام التكنولوجيا في قاعة الدرس وبعض كفايات التعامل مع أجهزة الكمبيوتر وملحقاتها وإدارة الملفات، في حين لم تتوافر معظم الكفايات المتعلقة بالثقافة المعلوماتية ومهارات استخدام الكمبيوتر والتعامل مع خدمات الإنترنت والمقررات الإلكترونية، وجاءت أهم التوصيات في التخطيط بشكل منظم ومعتمد لتدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومعاونيهم للتعامل مع برامج الكمبيوتر وخدمات الإنترنت وتوظيف التطبيقات الحديثة وبرامج التواصل الاجتماعي ومشاركة الشاشات وخدمات البريد الإلكتروني ومؤتمرات الفيديو في خدمة العملية التعليمية وتقييم أداء الطلاب وتقديم التغذية الراجعة، والتدريب على تطبيقات معالجة البيانات إحصائيا من خلال الجداول الإلكترونية وتوظيف قواعد البيانات في إدارة العملية التعليمية وتدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومعاونيهم على العمل في فرق إنتاج المقررات الإلكترونية في مجال التربية الرياضية كأعضاء متخصصين في المجال الرياضي والتوسع في البرامج التدريبية الخاصة بنشر ثقافة التعليم الإلكتروني وتجارب ونتائج تطبيقه في المجالات التعليمية للارتقاء بمستوى المعرفة والمعلومات الخاصة بكفايات التعليم الإلكتروني ودرجة أهميتها في المجال.
The changes that have occurred in the education systems resulted in making the educational institutions and their staff adopt new patterns of education, most notably e-learning. The Egyptian universities have focused on e-learning and its objectives and went to the provision of infrastructure and setting certain tools for e-learning of high-quality specifications, which enable providing information, training and support to administrators, members of the faculty and students in using e-learning tools and their facilities for equipment, in collaboration with universities and faculties the faculty of Physical Education is one of the important educational institutions that the state depends upon in the preparation of qualified teachers in order to reach the highest levels, according to the modern and sophisticated techniques, methods and tools as the most important of these using e- learning tools and systems, but this occers in isolation from identifying competencies the faculty members are required to possess to activate this system. The application of e-learning requires a set of necessary skills that a faculty member should master beginning with information culture and through the use of devices to employ modern technology as a means of learning and participation in the processes of producing e-course and ending with being able to use e-learning tools, so the goal of this research is to identify the necessary efficiencies of e-learning technology at the faculty of physical education, Mansoura University, for the application of e-learning in the educational process, and the degree of their availability and importance to the staff members of faculty through a questionnaire that includes these competencies. The results showed the availability of some competencies related to the most common and frequently used applications programs such as social networking and applications of using text editing, presentations, and dealing with display devices and the use of technology in classrooms and some of the efficiencies of dealing with computers and accessories, file management, while most of the competencies related to information culture and skills of using computer and dealing with Internet services and E-courses are not available. The most important recommendations came out in the planning in a very organized and supported way to train staff members and their assistants to deal with computer software and Internet services, to employ modern applications, social networking programs, screens sharing, e-mail services and video conferencing in serving the educational process, evaluating student performance, providing feedback and training on processing data statistically applications through spreadsheets and employing databases in the management of the educational process and training staff members and their assistants to work in teams of producing E-courses in the field of physical education as members of specialists in the sports field and the expansion of training programs to foster e-learning culture, results and the experiences of applying them in the fields of education to upgrade knowledge and information of e-learning efficiencies and their degree of importance in the field.
