يهدف البحث الى التعرف على اتجاهات النخبة المصرية حول مصداقية البرامج الرياضية في التعامل الاعلامى مع أزمة حادثة استاد بورسعيد وذلك من خلال التعرف على: اهم البرامج الرياضية التى اعتمدت عليها النخبة فى متابعة ازمة حادثة استاد بورسعيد ودرجة الاهتمام بمتابعتها ، ومدى ثقة النخبة في مصداقية البرامج الرياضية لمتابعة حادثة استاد بورسعيد وفقاً لنوع القناة وتبيعتها والعناصر المكونة لمفهوم مصداقية البرامج الرياضية فى التناول الاعلامى وفقاً لاراء النخبة و درجة الاهتمام بعناصر المصداقية فى التناول الاعلامى لازمة حادثة استاد بورسعيد، و تقييم النخبة لمصداقية البرامج الرياضية فى التناول الاعلامى لازمة حادثة استاد بورسعيد، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفى بالاسلوب المسحى ، وقد تم اختيار عينة عمدية من الافراد الممثلين للنخبة المصرية المتابعين للبرامج الرياضية قوامها ٩٠ فرد تمثل القطاعات المختلفة من النخبة ١٠ للدراسة الاستطلاعية و٨٠ للدراسة الاساسية، استخدم الباحث المقابلة الشخصية واستبيان استطلاع الرأى لجمع المعلومات واستخدم المعالجات الاحصائية المناسبة لطبيعة البحث ، ومن عرض ومناقشة النتائج والاستخلاصات اوصت الدراسة بتوصيات تكفل الالتزام بعناصر المصداقية التى اوضحتها النتائج لكسب ثقة النخبة المصرية فى تناول القضايا والازمات الرياضية.
