المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتطوير مناهج الرياضيات بالمرحلة الإبتدائية في ضوء مهارات القرن الواحد والعشرين، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قامت الباحثة بإعداد قائمة بالمعايير الواجب توافرها في منهج الرياضيات للصف السادس الابتدائي في ضوء مهارات القرن 21، وفي ضوء تلك القائمة تم تحليل عناصر منهج الرياضيات للصف السادس الابتدائي من حيث الأهداف، المحتوى، الأنشطة التعليمية، أساليب التقويم، كما تم تحليل محتوى كتابي الرياضيات للصف السادس الابتدائي، كذلك قامت الباحثة بإعداد قائمة بمهارات القرن 21 الواجب تنميتها لدى تلاميذ الصف السادس الابتدائي من خلال منهج الرياضيات، وقياس مدى توافر هذه المهارات لدى تلاميذ الصف السادس الابتدائي من خلال إعداد اختبار مهارات القرن 21 وبطاقة لملاحظة تلك المهارات، وتطبيقهما على مجموعة من تلاميذ الصف الخامس الابتدائي ( كبداية للصف السادس الابتدائي)، وعلى مجموعة من تلاميذ الصف السادس( كنهاية للصف السادس الابتدائي)، ومن ثم تم إعداد تصور مقترح لتطوير منهج الرياضيات للصف السادس الابتدائي في ضوء مهارات القرن 21، وتطبيقه على عدد من التلاميذ بلغ عددهم ( 80) تلميذاً تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين الأولى تجريبية ترس التصور المقترح، والثانية ضابطة تدرس الكتاب المقرر، وأثبتت النتائج فاعلية التصور المقترح في تنمية بعض مهارات القرن 21 لدى ترميذ المرحلة الابتدائية

The study aimed to present a proposed vision for the development of the mathematics curricula at the primary school stage level, in light of 21st century skills. To achieve this goal, the researcher prepared a list of criteria which must be met within the mathematics curriculum for the primary sixth grade, in light of 21st century skills.
In light of that list, the elements of the mathematics curriculum for the primary sixth grade were analyzed, in terms of objectives, content, educational activities, and evaluation methods, just as the content of the two mathematics books of the primary sixth grade were analyzed.
The researcher also prepared a list of 21st century skills which must be developed among the students of the primary sixth grade through the mathematics curriculum. And she measured the extent of the fulfilment of these skills among the sixth grade students, through the preparation of a 21st century skills test and an observation card for those skills, which were then implemented upon a group of primary grade 5 students (as an introduction to the sixth grade) and upon a group of sixth grade students (as the end of the primary sixth grade). After that the proposed vision for the development of the mathematics curriculum for the primary sixth grade was completed, in light of 21st century skills, and was applied upon a group of 80 students, who were divided into two groups. The first was the experimental group which studied according to the proposed vision and the second was the controlled group which studied the standard set book. The results confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed vision in respect to the development of 21st century skills among students of the primary stage level.
