هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقديم رؤية لتطوير مؤسسات إعداد المعلمين بالمملكة العربية السعودية في ضوء بعض الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة, وذلك من خلال محاولة الإجابة عن السؤال الرئيسي التالي: كيف يمكن الاستفادة من الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة في تطوير برامج إعداد المعلم وتنمية مهنيا بالمملكة العربية السعودية؟ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم السير في خطوات الدراسة وفقا للمنهج المقارن إذ يعتبر أنسب المناهج المستخدمة, وأكثرها دلالة على التربية المقارنة, وأكثرها شمولا للمناهج الفرعية المستخدمة فيها. وتأخذ الدراسة شكل البحث النظري التحليلي الذي يتكون من عدة مباحث, بحيث يسعى كل مبحث لتحقيق هدف من أهداف الدراسة, ويجيب عن تساؤل من تساؤلات الدراسة. وعلى ذلك تسير الدراسة الحالية وفقا للخطوات الآتية: الخطوة الأولى: دراسة تحليلية لمؤسسات إعداد المعلمين بالمملكة العربية السعودية. الخطوة الثانية: دراسة تحليلية لمؤسسات إعداد المعلمين في بعض الدول المتقدمة. الخطوة الثالثة: دراسة تحليلية لمؤسسات إعداد المعلمين في المملكة العربية السعودية والدول المتقدمة عينة الدراسة. الخطوة الرابعة: وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير مؤسسات إعداد المعلمين في المملكة العربية السعودية في ضوء النتائج التي أسفرت عنها الدراسة. من خلال الخطوات السابقة وفي ضوء النتائج والتوصيات التي أسفرت عنها الدراسة تم وضع تصور مقترح له فلسفته ومنطلقاته التي تحدد المرتكزات والأهداف والإجراءات والمتطلبات بالإضافة إلى تحديد الملامح من الضوابط والاحتياطات التي ينبغي مراعاتها لنجاح التصور المقترح لتطوير مؤسسات إعداد المعلمين بالمملكة العربية السعودية في ضوء بعض الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة.
The aim of this study is to present scientific vision in the development of the schoolteachers> institutions in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the light of contemporary global currents m methodologies of research. The study attempts at answering on the following key question how can we benefit from the contemporary global currents in developing schoolteachers preparation programs and how can we develop the professionalism of the schoolteachers in Saudi Arabia? To accomplish these goals I employ the comparative methodology in the different steps of the study because of its suitability in conducting such research. In addition to, the comparative methodology is more indicative in the study of the Comparative Education and it is more comprehensiveness, especially in terms of its various sub—approaches. On the other hand, the study is drawn on the theoretical analytical approach by which the study will be divided into number of research works. The research works of the study collectively try to achieve the very goals of the research and to answer the study’s questions. In this context, the research is prepared in accordance with the following steps: • The first step: Analytical study on schoolteachers’ institutions in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. • The second step: Analytical study on schoolteachers’ institutions in developed countries. • The third step comparative analytical study between the institutions of schoolteachers in Saudi Arabia and developed countries. • The fourth step: establishing a suggested conception and scientific vision to develop the institutions of schoolteachers in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the light of the study’s results. Through the aforementioned steps and in the light of the study’s results and recommendations I set up such a suggested conception and scientific vision. The suggested conception and scientific vision has its internal philosophy and foundation that decides its basis, goals, requirements and needs. Additionally, it serves as well in determining the features; characteristics; precautions and criteria which should be taken into account to ensure and secure the success of the suggested conception and scientific vision in the development of the schoolteachers’ institutions in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the light of contemporary global currents in methodologies of research
