برنامج قائم علي بيئة التعلم الإلكترونية لتنمية المهارات القيادية الأساسية لدي طلبة كلية التربية في الكويت

هدف البحث إلى تحديد مهارات القيادة الواجب تنميتها لدى طلبة كلية التربية في جامعة الكويت. وقياس فاعلية برنامج قائم على بيئة التعلم الإلكترونية في تنمية المهارات القيادية لديهم. واعتمد البحث على المنهج شبه التجريبي. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من عينة من طالبات جامعة الكويت الذين يدرسون مقرر الإدارة المدرسية بالطريقة التقليدية وعددها 43 طالبة. وتم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين ضابطة 23 طالبة وتجريبية 20 طالبة. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في إعداد البرنامج وقائمة بالمهارات القيادية. وأكدت نتائج البحث على فاعلية البرنامج المعد. وان استخدام بيئة التعلم الإلكترونية ساهمت بشكل إيجابي في تنمية المهارات القيادية لدى المجموعة التجريبية. وأوصى البحث بضرورة تنمية مهارات القيادة لدى الطلبة في كلية التربية بجامعة الكويت. وأن تسعى إدارة الجامعة لتقديم مكافآت وحوافز لأعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلبة المبادرين لتبني تجربة بيئة التعلم الإلكترونية. ووجوب أن تقع مسئولية عرض المادة التعليمية بأسلوب بيئة التعلم الإلكترونية على عاتق إدارة الجامعة. وأهمية الاستفادة من نظريات التعلم في تصميم وإنتاج برامج تعليمية إلكترونية وفق المواصفات والأسس العلمية والفنية والتربوية. وضرورة إجراء دراسة لمعرفة أسباب القصور في استخدام التقنيات الحديثة ومن أهمها برنامج Blackboard الذي يحوي الكثير من الأدوات التي تساعد الطلاب على رفع مستواهم التعليمي وتوفير وقتهم وجهدهم.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018



The aim of the research is to identify the leadership skills to be developed by the students of the Faculty of Education at Kuwait University, and to measure the effectiveness of a program based on electronic learning environment in the development of their leadership skills. The research was based on the semi-experimental approach. The research group was composed of a sample of the female students at Kuwait University, who study the school management curriculum in a traditional manner and their number was 43 students. They were divided into two groups; the control group consists of 23 students and the experimental consists of 20 students. The research tools were the preparation of the program and a list of leadership skills. The results of the research confirmed the effectiveness of the prepared program, as well as the positive contribution of using the e-learning environment to the development of the leadership skills of the experimental group. The research recommended the need to develop the leadership skills among students in the Faculty of Education at Kuwait University, and that the administration of the university seeks to offer rewards and incentives for the faculty members and the initiators students to adopt the experience of the e-learning experience. In addition, it recommended that the responsibility of presenting the educational material in an e-learning environment method should rest with the university administration, and the importance of benefiting from the theories of learning in the design and production of electronic educational programs according to the scientific, technical and educational specifications and basis. Furthermore, it proposed the need to conduct a study to find out the reasons for the shortcomings in the use of modern technologies, the most important of which is Blackboard, which contains many tools that help students to raise their level of education and save their time and effort..This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
