|e \n\nهدف البحث إلى قياس فاعلية تصور مقترح لتطوير مقرر الجغرافيا لطلاب المدارس الثانوية الفنية التجارية في ضوء متطلبات سوق العمل وقياس أثره في تنمية التحصيل المعرفي والدافعية للإنجاز لدى الطلاب. استخدم البحث المنهجين الوصفي التحليلي والتجريبي. تكونت مجموعة البحث من 60 طالبا وطالبة من طلاب الصف الأول الثانوي الفني التجاري بمدرسة أنشاص الرمل الثانوية التجارية المشتركة وطبق في العام الدراسي 2013/2014م. تمثلت أدوات البحث في اختبار التحصيل المعرفي ومقياس الدافعية للإنجاز. جاءت النتائج مؤكدة فاعلية التصور المقترح في تنمية التحصيل المعرفي والدافعية للإنجاز لدى الطلاب. في ضوء النتائج قدم البحث عدة توصيات منها إعداد قوائم بمتطلبات سوق العمل التي يمكن تضمينها في مقررات الجغرافيا لطلاب التعليم الفني بأنواعه الثلاث الرئيسة لتستخدم كمعيار يمكن الرجوع إليه عند تطوير المناهج. ومراجعة وتطوير مقررات التعليم الفني بصفة عامة ومقررات الجغرافيا بصفة خاصة في ضوء قوائم متطلبات سوق العمل. وعقد دورات تدريبية لمعلمي التعليم الفني لتوضيح الكيفية التي يتم بها تضمين متطلبات سوق العمل في مقرراتهم الدراسية.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
|f \nThe objective of the research was to measure the effectiveness of a proposed conception for the development of the geography curriculum for commercial vocational secondary school students in light of the requirements of the labor market and to measure its impact on the development of students' cognitive and motivation achievement. The research used analytical descriptive and experimental approaches. The research group consisted of 60 male and female students from the first grade of the commercial vocational secondary school at Anshas Al-Raml Secondary Commercial School for boys and girls. This research was applied in the academic year 2013/2014. The research tools were represented in the cognitive achievement test and the scale of motivation for achievement. The results confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed conception in the development of cognitive achievement and motivation for achievement of students. In the light of the results, the research came out with several recommendations, including the preparation of lists of labor market requirements that can be included in the geography curricula for students of vocational education with its three main types on order to be used as a standard that can be depended on in curricula development. It also recommended reviewing and developing vocational education curricula in general and the curricula of geography in particular in light of lists of requirements of the labor market.
