|a يهدف البحث إلى وضع برنامج أرضى مائى للطلاقة الحركية ومعرفة تأثيره على بعض المهارات الأساسية للسباحة والإحساس بالأمان النفسى لمكفوفى البصر، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج التجريبى لمجموعة واحدة، على عينة قوامها (12) تلميذة. \ أظهرت النتائج تفوق مجموعة البحث التى إستخدمت البرنامج الأرضى مائى للطلاقة الحركية فى مستوى الأداء المهارى وحاجات الأمان النفسى. \ \ \ قد أوصت الباحثة استخدام البرنامج المقترح وتنفيذه فى مدارس السباحة للمكفوفين لما له من تأثير إيجابى على تعلم المهارات الأساسية للسباحة، وزيادة الاهتمام بهذه الفئة من الأطفال وإعداد برامج حركية مناسبة لهم.
